The biggest complaint I have is NO COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE in the morning.

Great location. Easy access off highway and ample parking. Easy check in. Room clean. Large bathroom. Loved the Bistro

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The room was very nice, the hot tub was appreciated after traveling and breakfast was more than expected with so many tasty options. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

It was a delightful place. But there are serious plumbing issues. Periodically I would hear someone's toilet flush and my toilet would "blurp." And the hot water in the shower disappeared right when I had put shampoo in my hair. Just as I was about to resign myself to a freezing cold shower, the hot came back. Most unpleasant.

Nice clean room but no hand soap in the restrooms.

The breakfast voucher was for only one type of breakfast and the voucher/ticket for it did not expressly state this. We were not charged for breakfast, but the damage was what I consider effectively deception. I suspect that the decision was made much higher up from the hotel staff.

No hot water

The hotel lobby was beautiful. They had a special function, so the restaurant did not open for dinner until 8 PM and one of the desk clerks gave us a list of possible restaurants to eat at. his first recommendation was AztecaMexican restaurant. it was excellent! Our rooms were OK. Coffee maker did not work and they could not give us a coffee maker downstairs to bring to the room because they gave out their last one. The microwave had nowhere to plug it in you had to pull it out and put it somewhere else in order to use it so we didn’t bother and I’m not sure it even worked. When my husband left our room a few minutes after checking in. Someone was knocking out our door from the housekeeping we assume and when I said hello a few times they said oh sorry and then just disappeared. Every time somebody on our floor shut a door it sounded like somebody was trying to get into our room. There were wide spaces underneath the doors construction on a few floors, downstairs doors off, etc. it was very unusual with no information that they were renovating that area. The bed was very clean and comfortable, but those other things made this day. The reason we probably will not go again. It is a great location, though pretty nice views as well tucked up on a little hillside.
