Nice bar but a bit understaffed at times

Tiene una excelente atención desde que vas llegando son muy amable ,las habitaciones espaciosas,limpias este hotel tiene una piscina es una parte baja como para los niños y otra parte mas profunda se ve que le dan buen mantenimiento y su jacuzzi te relajas súper bien,la comida del restaurante deliciosa vayan en familia se la pasa genial es súper recomendado

First hotel I’ve been in without carpet in rooms — I felt it was a lot cleaner. Nice remodel!

We were just passing through headed to Vermont and I wish we could have stayed longer.

The front desk manager Charles was so nice and made me feel valued as a guest .. gave me warm cookies upon checking in. lol. Just a great experience!

We absolutely love the property, the people are so friendly, always have smiles and are just so welcoming, the breakfast is always fantastic, the service is wonderful, they make you feel at home when your away from home. This is our go to when we come in, the pool sauna and jacuzzi all work well and it keeps the kids occupied, there’s also a little park for little ones on sight, a fire pit to sit around, the gym area is nice for a quick workout as well, a gazebo to relax in, lots of parking, and comfortable beds! I will say Will and Shirley are OUR TOP TWO! They are the BEST, they are a MUST SEE when we come in, they are like our family . The front desk has incredible people as well, I don’t like to name people cause you always forget one and I don’t want that to happen here, but I want them to be recognized because their work isn’t unnoticed, and it’s not always an easy job but we do appreciate them and their hard work. The house keepers they do a good job cleaning and when we stay I usually ask for the towels and bedding and do my own cleaning but I ALWAYS leave them a tip for their hard work cause it’s appreciated by us. I love this hotel because of the people and the way it’s remodeled it’s beautiful! Walking in just sings to your soul! I’m not sure if the parking lot is getting re done but the pavement is a mess. Which I am sure it will but for now that’s the only problem we have found.

This is a hidden gem, comfortable, spacious, clean. Access to shopping, restaurants, casino. The wildflower bistro in the hotel is a 10/10. Food is amazing. Highly recommend

Very well maintained, and clean property recently renovated . Especially the indoor pool and hot tub areas. Friendly staff and quick easy check in processing, Lastly, enjoyed the warm chocolate chip cookies. I highly recommend this premium property of choice.

Good hot breakfast menu. Buffet is not available for takeout but they have a menu from which you can order if you need to take food to your room

Clean hotel, rooms remodeled. Very nice. Booked a king room but got a double. Moved rooms, new room the front door looked like it had been kicked in and was severely damaged, you could see in the room while standing in hall with door was shut. Told lady at counter and acted like she didn't care. Didn't write anything down, didn't offer a discount, nothing.

The Buffet breakfast was ok. Could have had more variety. Our room was very spacious and clean. And if you like soft beds you will be very happy in the room. I was very happy with the product that I used the bathroom was very clean . I would stay there again .

Inside pool Rooms were together but they allowed another guest to take over one of my rooms.. Doors didn't lock. No Microwaves, no fridges, no phones. Safety concerns because there were rooms with only curtains and no doors right next to the elevators so anything could have happened to anyone walking past. I've stated a lot of DoubleTree hotels but this was by far the worst I've ever stayed at.

This is my second time at this hotel I had an amazing time. I booked a suite and I loved it. I really enjoyed the pool and the Jacuzzi, also the sauna. The food was amazing for breakfast. Also, I love their burger. Definitely will go again I really enjoyed going to the gazebo outside. Love this hotel.

This hotel looked brand new! It was beautiful, clean and very spacious. I had a king room and it was everything I needed. Very affordable and the staff were all very nice! Will sediment stay here next time I’m in town.
