Didn't give us room type that we reserved. Was changed to more expensive by about $10. Room wadn't finished being cleaned til 3pm, though website says check in at 2pm. Room was excellent. Very soft mattress. Fabulous shower pressure. Fridge and microwave.

Not much of a lobby and hard to communicate with staff behind the glass wall. Room was well kept and clean. Good low budget option

The room was clean but what you expect for what you’re paying for. Plenty of parking and staff at check in were friendly. The only actual problem was getting through to someone at the hotel. I was extremely delayed due to traffic and wanted to make sure they knew I was going to get there very late, I didn’t want to lose my room because they thought I wasn’t coming. I think there might have been an issue with their phone system, I called at least a half dozen times over two hours and after the line ringing numerous times a recording would say there was a technical issue and couldn’t get through. I attempted calling the main Red Roof number and they had the same issue when they tried reaching the hotel while I was on hold. This added to the stress I was already experiencing from all the construction and traffic that was causing me to be so late. Everything turned out fine, when I finally arrived at 1am my room was ready and waiting.

Clean, good value. No breakfast and terrible coffee.

The blankets had stains all over them the sheets had cigarette burns there are roaches and it’s just filthy in general. Don’t stay here spend the extra money and find a nicer hotel

To be an Inn, it was very clean and well maintained. Affordable price, pet friendly. Downside was there were a group of young kids that were guests at the property making noise and being loud, which was out of the control of the staff. Other than that, for the price and the commodity of being able to have my French bulldog, it is well deserved a 4.5-5 stars

Great stay for the price!

Nice room and clean.

All went well except check-in. There was a computer outage at check-in time, which delayed checking in for about an hour.

I enjoyed my stay. I requested this same hotel I had back in 2016. I liked it then. It was good to be back. There wasn't anything to be unhappy with.

Quiet and clean

Clean room. Plenty of parking. Tv wasn't working. My son went down and told them, they gave him a Universal remote to fix it. Worked fine after. Nice Inn
