Lots of fruit flies coming out of sink, floors not swept, sheets look horrible. Burn holes, stains. Half the electrical outlets didn’t work.

Quick stop / 2 night max location. The cleanliness of the rooms can be concerning for many travelers. The over all property is well maintained but there are no restrictions on what ppl do on the premises during their stay. Smoking rooms available although some ppl smoked out front their rooms doors or in other outdoor common areas. Pets are allowed. Their policy includes a 15 minute courtesy to anyone who enters their assigned room and finds it unsatisfactory or undesirable. The second room was better than the first room i recieved but the bed had crumbs and loose change on it. House keeping eventually came to change the bed covers. Only one washer and dryer available for the entire property.

Bed was super comfy and I was able to adjust the ac in the room so I’m content.

The fact there was a restaurant attached. We never made it to our room. I checked out as soon as I realized the "Inn" is a flop house. It was questionnable at check-in but I continued with checking as we were exhausted. At first our two rooms were quite a ways apart and based on what I already had begun to fear I refused to have my stepmother separated from us. As we drove around the building it was obvious safety, cleanliness, and a good night's rest was not going to happen. We are not people that judge by looks alone but in this case we had no choice. We saw pot smoking, alcohol drinking, people hanging over decks, laundry hanging on decks, and more. The pictures and description of this facility is definitely not what is depicted online. We woukd have taken pictures but didnt want people thinking we were taking pictures of them. I immediately turned in my keys and was greeted by an "I understand" muttered by the smoking front desk employee. Did we get our money back though? Of course not. Might I add... please dont believe the reviews on thebplace.

we had a confirmation for 2 rooms plus 1 would be wheelchair accessible. When we tried to check in there was only 1 room and it was not wheelchair accessible. We were told to contact booking.com about it. We prepaid for rooms and we could not stay there. I would like a complete refund as soon as possible. I did get insurance for the stay but I feel that this should not need to be paid through insurance as the hotel did not give us correct info regarding our request. Michael Mickeriz

The room had no hot water. There was no breakfast on the second night.
