The rooms are better on the inside than the building looks on the outside, but the price was right and it seems worthwhile compared to other options

It’s not what I expected but it is what it is, we still stay and I don’t like stains on towels and the tube needs painting or need to do something about that peeling in tube

Terrible hotel. Rude staff. In a heat wave the AC DIdnt Work. Looked liked the guy was trying to throw us in any room for a high price. Crackheads in the hallways walking to your room. Room is dirty. Then when requesting a refund the staff at the front is being rude and giving you a hard time. Dont stay here!

The doors would not lock properly air-conditioning was not working homeless people in the parking lot random people knocking on my door, asked for an extra towel and was told that the laundry was closed. I can keep going even the floors were dirty.

The place overall didn't look like the pictures on Expedia. We chose a non smoker side and the inside of the hotel room still smelt like cigarettes and had a cigarette burn in the bed sheets. The shower didn't work properly. The room on the inside was clean? Overall I will not be going back to this hotel.

Lobby and room photograph well but the room had hair n the corners floor of bathroom and the toilet rocked back and forth. Breakfast - I only trusted the toast with jelly. Eggs were a weird green hue. Cereal stale, all three were not the variety as marked , no condiments for eggs like ketchup. No juice or water. One small carafe of lousy coffee. Exterior of building looked horrible. Fridays next door was nice. Seeking value at this price but got what I paid for. -steve

Terrible experiwence. Didnt even stay because the ac was broken. The phone didnt work so you couldnt call the front desk. And when asked for a refund, they tell you to call corporate. Horrible!!

Staff was very helpful at check in. Room was clean but the tv and coffee maker did not work the entire stay.

Beds were actually decent. Most outlets didn't work. Bathroom was disgusting. Fridge didn't work because outlets didn't work. Rooms smelled like smoke and air conditioner rattled all night but at least it got cool. Breakfast was not much. Some cereal, coffee, eggs, and sausage patties. I was scared staying here, especially with my children. Pay the $30 more bucks to stay at the Hampton behind it.

I will not go the again. I have reported my experience to the Organization whose Convention I attended, that was the reason for my stay there.
-
Paper thin walls. Non-functional TV. All sorts of noises during the night. Happy I made it out alive.

Property is overall pretty dirty. Staff is nice, but room smelled like smoke and the bathroom had not been fully wiped down. The door to outside was not very secure.
-
Terrible accommodation for anyone with a diasabilty or removing from injury. Room wasnt clean although beds were comfortable

The guy working the desk that night did the best he could with what he was working with I suppose. Booked non smoking room, smelled like an ashtray. Requested another, that one smelled like bleach and ashtray. Didn't want to deal with musical rooms after driving all day until almost midnight, so we just dealt with it. Multiple holes in the curtains, boogers dried to the side of the couch, dirty and sticky floors, didn't venture to even try the breakfast. We didn't even unpack, we just left as soon as we woke up.

The rooms smell of cigarettes and roaches, very dirty. It's not what I expected sadly I was not able to get a refund. Very sad. The room was very dirty. The property is disgusting ..not what I expected at all. Customer service sucks. Poor management. They should really reconsider having this place closed to the general paying private customers.i thought this was a homeless shelter.

Location Upon checking in there were two staff members taking out very dirty and disgusting mattresses from a room. They were covered in very dark stains. The hotel paint on the outside was chipping away and looks univiting. There are pieces of broken concrete on the steps to get into the rooms. Rooms were not very clean. Hair in the bathroom on the floor and in the tub. There were two very old, flat pillows on the bed. We went to the front desk and asked for extra towels as we were 4 guests but only two towels in the bathroom. They handed us two very small, thin and sandpaper like towels and told us they have no more pillows. We went out to eat and came back and there was an extra pillow on the bed when we came back with no pillow case on it. We had to go to the front desk to ask for a pillow case. Staff was not very friendly. Would not stay here again.

It is the most disgusting place I have ever seen; the information and photos of the rooms do not match the actual rooms—they are fake.

Mal olor , baño sucio , colcha rota , toalla con pelos en

I would never recommend this to anyone

Property is old which would be ok if it was being maintained but it’s not. Front desk folks were indifferent to questions. Room was basically clean but bathroom was not clean. Soap dish in tub was gross. Hair left in tub and floor. Not enough towels for the 3 of us, when asked for more we got shrugged shoulders. I trusted Expedia was directing us to a good place , but this was not like our booking in New Hampshire
