Host Inn All Suites

Staff and other residents we met were very friendly and courteous. Beautiful view from our room. Suite rooms were large and adequate. We were cheerfully greeted and welcomed each time we entered the building. The lobby is well done and amazingly beautiful. Internet was adequate, though we used our own as needed. A wonderful older but well equipped room including a small kitchen for longer stays than ours. Good restaurants within walking distance. The only real issue we had with the property is the lingering odor of smokers and old cigarette smoke.

Location We were not able to view TV in the bedroom. We asked the desk to assist but they didn't respond. Parking was limited.

We have stayed here multiple times in the past but this will be our last visit unless something drastic changes. There are other, better options in the area for a comparable price.

Nothing This place is very filthy and it’s a living quarters with roach in the room I had to leave after the first night.

Staff were accommodating - let me park my Motorcycle under the front entry to protect against rain. Couldn’t get TV’s to pick up any stations not sure if any provided?? Likewise couldn’t figure out how to connect to WiFi - so used my iPhone to get by.

The room was nice. Clean and comfortable. The amenities were not useful. Jacuzzi not working, fireplace not working, the mattress was not comfortable. Feeling springs through the pad. A strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the building .

I was able to have my dog with me and they provide a nice pet outdoor area I was mislead to the fact there was a pool when in fact it was out of order, the whole reason I picked this hotel, the building smelled like mildew which made my clothes food bed and towels smell and taste bad

The place as soon as you walk in smells like marijuana and cigarettes. The staircase to go up the stairs looks like it had not been vacuumed in 10 years. The room was dirty, smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. We had to clean the whole room and disinfect it. Rug was filthy, stained and dirty, never took our socks off. The bed was mush. There were roach killer plastics in the bathroom cabinet. The kitchen fan hood was filthy and the stove knobs were filthy to turn stove on and off. There was a plate, a cup, and a plastic I guess bowl, two small pots that were in really bad condition to use for the kitchen. I always bring my own paper products but what was there was not usable. There was also a big bathtub in the bedroom area. The room at night we had a big compressor outside of our window that rumbled on and off all night. This is not a place for people to travel and stay. The place needs to be cleaned, repainted, and new beds...

There was roaches in every room they put us in strongly smelled of pee

Location great. Ves comfortable. Not at all like described. People are clearly residing here permanently and make it very uncomfortable for travelers. They congragate in the halls and won't move as you are trying to get by. I saw a drug deal in the parking lot. Walked in to the lobby and while waiting to check in had the pleasure of listening to an entire conversation about a lawsuit related to a storage unit, how to break in to said unit etc. Went to an event that evening and upon returning there were numerous men standing around the entrance that looked suspect. As I passed by one attempted to block my husband's path who was behind me. The front desk staff just shrugged her shoulders when told. We were supposed to go back out that night but didn't because of feeling unsafe to leave our things there. The next day we again reported it and got no response. The room was not clean. Walls had stains, carpet torn, kitchen wasn't stocked with plates pots silverware etc as described. I wouldn't have used it anyway because it was dirty.

I like the location thats literally about it Disrespectful and dont care nothing about the guest or their experience staying in this hotel. Way overpriced for dead roaches on the floors and floating in the toliet. The a/c didnt work right and the walls were filthy. Stayed 7 nights and asked for clean sheets and towels twice and was told I couldnt get them. Definitely way overpriced for the b.s that comes along with staying here. Staff again, was just awful except for one lady. Doors slamming and ppl up and down the hallways at all hrs of the night.

They do allow pets, which is usually not an issue but this time the elevator smelled really bad. Its a shared parking lot with 2 other hotels so you expect to see many cars. My room was on the 3rd floor this time. And this room was quite small the tv kept having issues but it wasn't a big deal for us.

They cancelled my reservation and booking.com did not relocate me and did not allow me to speak with a manager. booking.com allowed the hotel to cancel my paid reservation and did not locate me.

Room,amenities, I would not stay again and definitely not for families.

Horrible Shits broken

Room was large and comfortable Everything smelled like cigarettes, it was dingy and I didn't feel safe. The people in the room next to me were shouting about "killing and stabbing each other". I asked the receptionist to switch my room because I didn't feel safe, she shook me off, and said they didn't have rooms and that no one would bother me. It was very sketchy and I would not stay here again.

I love the updates done to the rooms. I stay here often, the kitchen is well equipped, and the fridge is nice and cold.
