Had multiple bugs spotted in the rooms. Tv was broken

Room had full size refrigerator and microwave shower was hot Bed did not feel like it was a queen. Kept having sheets come off at cor

I was on the 4th floor and there where cockroach is running around everywhere didn't even have a pen they could give me to write stuff down I didn't like anything I would like a refund barely had any soap no conditioner a little bit of shampoo place is terrible I have pictures of the Cockroaches and I will be calling for a refund tomorrow

A lot of noise in lobby and hallways.

Location There were livecbugs(crickets i think)in my room, on my head board. Dead bugs on the foor

The room had a funny odor. like maybe an animal had been in the room..the ceiling is peeling in a couple of spots like from a past leak. I didn't complain because I was only there for 1 night.

Exceptional

Bugs, food splattered on the walls. Hair in the bathroom. Smell of weed and cigarettes. Rude desk staff more interested in playing on their phones than working. We immediately left and went elsewhere. Expedia fully refunded us.

I did not stay at all at the hotel, I am waiting for my refund. There were roaches everywhere Roaches everywhere

I like how close this hotel was to shopping and activities. Also the reception staff was so helpful and kind. The air conditioning and heat worked well. For what I paid it was awful! The room REAKED of smoke, there were loads of burn marks on the bathroom sink. The pillows smelled like cigarettes and they were the size fit for a toddler and there were only 2 of them. The bed creaked horribly so when we moved while sleeping it woke us up. The lights were on a motion timer so if we stopped moving they shut off. There were also always people (other guests) at all hours being super loud outside. For the price we pay you would think there were some kind of amenities like pool or breakfast. Would NEVER stay at this hotel again and will tell others not to.

Roaches everywhere

Nothing was positive about this hotel The room smelled terribly of smoke, room did not match picture online when booking, staff was not friendly, room was not very clean. We did not even stay the night thats how bad it was

Staff was extremely nice however this hotel is more of a long term low income residential complex than a modern day hotel.

The staff was amazing and very helpful every time I had a concern. The room was comfortable loved that I was able to cook and make my own coffee, but the floors need better sweeping and mopping. I would still recommend the hotel and come back.
