Staff at front desk was always available, quick and ready to help. The rooms are affordable, functional and very spacious. Really appreciated the full size refrigerator a small on the wall night lamps would be nice. Beds were firm and comfortable. Rooms were sound proof, fairly quiet and peaceful. Laundry room was clean and easy to use. Convenient snack machines. The odor in the rooms we got initially was terrible. We had a room switch immediately. limited luggage carts that don't work well. The walls could use some cleaning or fresh paint. Shower faucet was leaking heavily on the first night. Bathroom door couldn't close, scraping on the floor. Refrigerator rubber peeling off. Outdoors at the back was very dirty with cigarettes, bottles, papers cans, and dog poop everywhere. Everything was manageable and adjustable. The worst part of my stay was the battle with the roaches every night when the lights are out. Didn't want to seem like a complainer so we purchased insect sprays which did nothing. Roaches were everywhere in the room especially at night.

The beds are super comfy!! And a/c worked well.

The first room they gave us battery was broken so the staff gave us a new room right away. There was a bad smell in the whole hotel like dog pee and poop through out the whole stay. There was what looked like dog pee in the hallway our first day. A lot of stains in the room on the wall, hair in bathroom in the sink and shower. Walls are very thin you hear everything in the hallway in the rooms next door. We were woken up one of the days by a couple arguing really bad and it went on for about three hours so we got no sleep that day.

Smelled of cigarettes and weed people in the hallways all night people up all night, crying babies not a very clean place

Oh where to start, I checked in and the first room I was given still had occupants in it. Went to the desk and got a new room. The paint was peeling off the walls it had been cleaned but was just dirty. Got a call to the room asking if I wanted to move into a bigger room and I did. 3rd room was okay, still dirty the shower head fell off the wall while I was showering, the sink looked like someone had been spitting loogies in it and not washed. The whole place smells like cigarette smoke and weed.

The room was very clean and my staff is very nice

Everything Had no ice machines People overhead made to much noise all night started up next morning at (7:00 am)

There was a dog barking at 11:00 at night

Very friendly staff

Working AC Had to change several rooms from original rooms and they were not cleaned or smelled like smoke in non-smoking section. Dirty even in the "cleanest" rooms. There was food from pervious guests in one room and another had dirty sheets. Along with puke on walls and cigarette dusting and cling wrap over the smoke alarm.

This place is trash and should be closed down. There were termites in the bathtub, no one was at the front desk when we needed help and the room was like a dirty college dorm with people who live in the complex roaming around at all hours smoking weed.

If I’m being honest I was really impressed with the location. The walls were covered in dark gray smudge, the beds themselves were covered in stains, the bath room walls looked like a mechanic rubbed his hands all over them. There were crumbs in the bed frame. There were people smoking all through the building, even though you’re supposed to outside. Lowkey, it’s a bit dangerous, crazy folks outside.

Location We were there for 10 days and the room was never cleaned even though the front desk told us it would be twice during the stay

Bathroom walls had peeling paint. Bathroom door was hard to close. It scraped the floor. Looked like there was a leak on the ceiling.

No breakfast was offered
