Fairfield Inn & Suites Wilkes-Barre Scranton

We stayed there for 9 days in August 2020; the service was excellent! Everything was clean, the staff were courteous—it was simply a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back!

Very good

When I call d the desk they told me no bigger rooms were available. They were able to move us to a larger room, after a 20 minute wait. Pool is not heated and hot tub was not a pleasant temp, too cold. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is showing its age and updating is needed! Our room had an odor of either mold or cat urine. I don’t think our bed linens were changed. I had to ask for linens and make the beds! The breakfast was not good and hot water for my tea was not hot. So dissapointed!!

Traveling thru with 2 young kids, pool was chilly but they loved it and Mom got to relax a bit in the hot tub. Breakfast was decent, staff always helpful. Definitely recommend

Overall the stay was fine. The staff was nice and it was an over all clean property. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean too. We only had the complementary breakfast once but again it was just fine. We were only in town for a little over a day.

Well kept room for my 1 night stay. The facility itself is older but the staff keeps the grounds and the building maintained well. The staff are all helpful and very pleasant.

Great hotel- no complaints! Just fyi we booked because everything looked very walkable in the area but there are no sidewalks so walking isn’t that easy (not the hotels fault, just a comment)
