The beds were comfortable is the only good thing I have to say. The problem was the bathroom. The toilet is so low I thought I was falling to the floor when you go to sit down and it didnt flush well. When we tried to take a shower the water was so hot and you couldnt turn down the temp at all it would just shut the shower off. There was hair on the counter from someone shaving and looked like blood on the rim of the sink. When my husband complained about the shower the peraon said oh i thought they had fixed that.

Everything was nice from the staff to the hotel itself. No negative comments here. Enjoyed my stay.

We have stayed at the property in the past without any issue (which is why we chose to book again on our return trip), however this time was extremely disappointing. The A/C unit was not working properly so we had to wake up every 30 minutes to turn it off then on again trying to get it to work. The floors were dirty and the sheets and pillow cases were stained. Upon check-in the front desk neglected to tell us the ice machine was broken (was only working on 2 of the 5 floors).

The location was perfect for a stop over along our trip - right off Route 81. The staff at check in was friendly, helpful and efficient. Although we didn't have time to try the salt water, heated pool, it sounded and looked great. We got a good night's sleep as the hotel was very quiet. The facilities could have used some repair - walls had marks/stains on them. Room was pretty clean, but bathroom was old and hair on the floor.
