Water in the pool was dirty. Room was clean.

The mattress seemed like it was 2 separate mattresses that were not stable.

Bathroom had no hooks or towel racks.

My room smelled like several people had been smoking in it for weeks. It was so bad, I had to turn off the air conditioner because the unit kept circulating the smell back into the room. I asked to have my room switched, and they stated, “we can’t accommodate you.” Additionally, after I flushed the toilet, the tank would take forever to refill. The first night, I had to listen to the annoying sound of the tank trying to refill the entire night. My stay there was a complete disaster!

No room to move around. Difficult moving around between Edge of bed and desk.

We have stayed here on three separate occasions; the rooms are rather small and are somewhat difficult to navigate around the furniture. There is only one chair, and a "stool" to sit on. Breakfasts are good, with reasonable selection. Each time we stayed, it was quiet at night, regardless of which floor on which we stayed.

Clean and updated room. Nice linens. Pool area was also nice. Helpful staff

No omlet on breakfast bar and link sausage was burnt to a crisp.

Rooms were clean & the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was a bit challenging because of the lack of staff and food options. Other than that, the stay was relaxing and comfortable

Great view of the mountains from the parking lot. Fair breakfast but the check in lady was quick and the guest were friendly

Breakfast was good, checking in and out smooth and quick could have used more help replenishing the breakfast bar. I had to go to the front desk 2 times to have them refill the food Also, the road going up to the hotel was windy and narrow, would definitely not like to go this route in the winter.
