The pool and hot tub were really nice. And breakfast was nice not having to go out is always nice. King size bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice great pressure. The remote in the room wasn't working so we kept having to take the batteries out and put them back in. The fridge didn't stay cold it was cool but not cold. The sink needs a plug I almost lost a ring down it. The bathtub wouldn't hold water kept having to refill. The thing that hold the door open is nice but also makes it where when you open the door too far it makes a very loud noise that can be heard in the doors next door. I was sleeping til about 10a and kept getting startled awake when the neighbors opened the doors.. Breakfast was nice, wonderful waffles but if you had a few more protein options it would be better for those that need more protein for breakfast then carbs.

Perfect location right off the main road which makes it more private. We were greeted promptly when arriving by the front staff (Sorry can't remember names) they both were very friendly and the check in process was fast and easy. Everytime we encountered staff super friendly. The bed was comfortable and things were clean. Would stay here again.

I visit Williams often and this has been my go-to for several years. I have never had a bad experience and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
