Great location in a cool little town. We stayed before driving up to grand canyon. The room was basic but had everything we needed. If youre looking for something clean, cheap and good location this met all of those.

Maid entered room with a sign not to,Cleaned room thru our drinks away. Reported to desk clerk gave us two bottles of water and sent us on our way. Doubt we will come back next time in town. An

The only thing that was challenging was the WIFI wasn’t working. We couldn’t ever the code that was given to us. But we were able to unplug due to this, so it was actually a positive.

Clean hotel. Located at near the Grand Canyon National park.

Great location, conveniently close to the Grand Canyon Railway. The property is not well-maintained and the rooms are very rundown and have stains everywhere. The carpet was stained, the bedspread and pillowcases were stained, and even the lampshade was stained. Outside of the main entrances there was trash and dog poop since it is a pet friendly establishment. The only positives were the proximity to the railway station, the Wi-Fi, and the indoor pool. I would not stay here again.

The staff was very nice and quick check in. The hotel itself needs some updating. The tub had cracks/chips and the water didn’t get very hot. It just looks a little run down.

Everything. Room was very comfortable, iar conditioner works great. Clean and quiet. It's not to big of a deal but never really seems like there's a lot of hot water

This hotel is a great jumping off spot for the Grand Canyon. It’s also close to downtown Williams with its restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have a coffee machine in the lobby, but there is no breakfast. There is a restaurant on site but we did not eat there.

Needs updating. Facilities are old. Bed was comfortable in my opinion, but my husband thought the bed could have been a little softer.

The room was spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. She allowed us check in an hour early when room was available. Easy access to/from the hotel. The hotel is located in the city but the ambience is peaceful like the countryside. Geographically close to the city, freeway, restaurants and gas stations. Parking is spacious as well. Easy check-in and out the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were perfect firmness. Bed linens and towels were clean. It has a TV, coffee station, and a small fridge. The room smells like an old carpet and has that moldy smell. It's definitely does not smell nice like a hotel at all. The hotel did not smell bad but the room itself smells very bad. Other than that, everything else is fine.
