Our room was great. The breakfast each morning had plenty of food, but the dining area was like 95 degrees inside. They need to fix that

Checking in took over 30 minutes. No elevator, got to the room, keys didn’t work. Next morning keys don’t work again. Was told the previous person only programmed for one night.

The pool area only had working lights only near the hot tub even though there were alot of lights surrounding the pool. I informed the front desk and the problem was never fixed. I think all she had to do was turn them on. The lobby/breakfast area was extremely hot, and the towels in the bathroom were dirty.

Staff were not accommodating for holding luggage after check out.

Beds were uncomfortable, hot tub definitely needs to be cleaned. Housekeeping starts knocking on your door at 8am in the morning to see if I’ve checked out. Even tho checkout is scheduled for 11.

We frequent this location and stay here often. The staff is good and the breakfast too. The rooms are clean. The grounds are decent but showing their age. But, overall this place is our go to because it is clean and is a great value.

The stay was what I have learned to expect from quality inns. Breakfast was tasty and with a good selection. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. I have no complaints.
