This was a great clean hotel. Our only hiccups were that the air temp could not be controlled in the room. It was set at 71 and could not be changed. Also, we did laundry, and one one of the two dryers sort of worked.

Nice hotel but some issues with our room keys not working and the door to one of our rooms wouldn’t always close and lock properly.

Hotel was clean and room was spacious (2 king beds). Breakfast was adequate, reception was friendly. Pool was nice, but could have been cleaner.

If you don't mind staying in a dog kennel, stay here. We like dogs but the number of dogs we saw during our stay was out of control. Dogs were barking in the morning and the evening. They were barking in the halls, barking during breakfast. A hotel can be "pet friendly" but also care about its paying non-pet customers. This hotel prioritized the animals over humans. We would never stay here again.

Very nice accommodations - I took a star off because the smell of disinfectant was very strong throughout the hotel and caused me breathing problems. It may not bother others, but if you are having lung issues, it may be a problem.

The whole property is clean and well-maintained, as always. The staff is always cordial and helpful. This is our second stay this year, and we'll be returning next month.

We love this property and stay there often. One of our favorite features is the king rooms with a patio. You can enjoy the nice cool weather in the pines sitting on your patio. If I would say anything needs improvement, it would be the number of staff in the office area there always seems to be just one person and they’re supposed to Mann the front desk, a little market and the bar which seems like a lot for one person.

This hotel was close to all of the areas we wanted to look at while in Williams. Room was very clean and quiet. If we were to travel there again I would book this hotel.

Clean comfortable rooms. Pool/spa was nice. Breakfast was typical the first couple of days. The last 2 days the eggs went from traditional "turnover omelets" to faker looking "fried eggs".No flavor or cheese available.

Smoke alarm hanging from ceiling by wires. Main ceiling lighting fixture partly dislodged from ceiling, missing some lights. Sofa definitely needs replacement.
