The hotel overall was clean and inviting. The room rental was of good value. I liked the self-care products; they were plentiful. There is a Safeway across the street, which is convenient. We found stains on both sets of bedding. It gives the impression that the sheets/coverlets were not washed. They did respond by having housekeeping come and change the bedding. The windows do not open. For health reasons, recycling the air throughout the hotel with no incoming fresh air may cause illness. The coffee is good and is available 24/7, but no other breakfast items are available except for snack vending. No water is provided. I am not sure why a hotel would not supply drinking water for weary travellers. But when one arrives after a day of travel, they are typically dehydrated. To have to unpack then get to a store to purchase water is an unkind and needless effort. A simple offer of bottled water for a guest is not only thoughtful, but caring and inexpensive!

Great location for a quick rest stop. Bar, pool table, coffee machine and ice machine. Restaurants walking distance and a Safeway across the street for snacks. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Only negative was out TV in room 103 didn’t work, but it was fine. I only use it for noise to fall asleep.

Situated in a very good area, markets, stores restaurants easy to get to The bed sheets were a little odd. Well I would say like the comforter wasn’t inserted into a duvet. It was covered with a sheet.

This was the perfect hotel to stay in. The location couldn’t be better because it’s in walking distance to the shops and restaurants and there is supermarket right accross. Also we drove to Grand Canyon and Sedona and they were not about an hour from the hotel. Williams is a cute town and I couldn’t be happier with Thai hotel. Service was so great and Linh who was working the night shifts was friendly and so accommodating. She made our stay there extra special!

The lobby has a small bar, pool table and fresh made popcorn. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. No cracked tiles, no moldy grout or caulking in the bathroom. It's in walking distance to everything, the train depot, Safeway, and the downtown shops on historic route 66. We would stay here again for sure.

The staff at the Ellsworth hotel are very friendly. Everyone greets you with a warm smile. The room is set up perfect and the bed is comfortable. I recommend this hotel highly as a safe comfortable place to stay!

BEWARE!! Two weeks after my stay, I was directly charged AGAIN for a nights stay ($116), directly charged from the hotel. I called to speak to the manager many times to resolve this issue, with no call backs, even sent emails with only one response email with no help or solution to the unauthorized charge. I wanted to leave a good review and the room was decent and the front desk lady was very helpful during our stay. However I feel I was taken advantage of since the manager had no interest in me being double charged or helping me with this issue. So I don’t know if I was scammed since I’m from out of state or what. Just be careful when booking here as they may keep your card on file and charge you weeks later.

Refrigerator froze everything. Elevator didn't work. No amenities. Never again.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was great, and everything was well maintained. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
