Said it was a king bed, but definitely a queen. Could not get the satellite TV to work.

Functional room. No table or chair. No one in office so had to go to the Motel 6 nearby to check in.

The room looked nothing like there pictures on Expedia , there was hair on the bed and pillows , holes in the walls , the TV was maybe 24”. The bathroom window was held shut with duct tape . A Horrible room. We did not stay. And I am having trouble with Expedia refunding my money.

No onsite personnel. Had to check in at neighboring motel 6

No TV. Cable provider was shut off. Staff said it had been off for a long time and not scheduled to be fixed soon. Not that I wanted to watch TV for my stay, but would not have stayed at this property if I had known.

How close the bar was None working tv and microwave something foreign was in the sink when we arrived.

Great stay at a great price. Also close to downtown Williams.

They didn't let me check in at 11 pm. Called them thrice no one was answering at frontdesk! What a terrible experienced!

Office is a block up the street and not staffed 24/7. Sat tv went out on 2nd day and never came back on. The in the office said it was being worked on. Tv in the office was working though.

In Williams for just one night. only slept 5 hours. The price range we got was what we expected. The bed was comfy, Bathroom was clean. Good toilet and AC. The shower had good water pressure and was hot. Wfi did not work, nor did the TV\ Dish, but we were there just to sleep. Would stay again.

Needs a complete overhaul. Woke up at 2;30 am to a man screaming obscenities. They got our room wrong, but did change it. There are a lot of hotels in Williams. I would not recommend this one.

The friendly girl at the office. The rest of the experience wasn’t much to note. I didn’t even have shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. The bed was so squeaky and there were ants and Rollie pollies in the room. Bed and pillows for a king size bed there were three flat pillows and the blankets were torn.

Very good staff, they did everything in their power to solve any problems of ours. The room was barely livable. It was small, old and in a very bad shape, with almost no furniture and no storage space at all. It was almost impossible to manage our stuff in such a inconvenient place. The magnetic key-card got demagnetized every day and we had to walk to the office at the main building, 100 meters away, to re-magnetize it. We have stayed at other 6-Motels in other cities, and they weren't nearly as bad. You could say this was just a cheap motel, except it was not cheap at all — maybe because of a huge event that took place those days at Route 66, with hundreds of visitors in the town. So the high price is understandable, but not welcome. Overall bad value for money.

TV and phone didn't work, staff made no attempt to correct

Location 2 separate motels, served by. 1 office. Office staff was also the cleaning staff (i think). NO COFFEE…. not in the rooms or office. TV didn’t work the whole time, they said Dish Network has been notified, no ETA

It was fast and easy to check in. The property had a lot to be desired the room ,there was one light and there were 3 that were burned out. There were no soap or conditioner in the showers, there were no tables to put your belongings. Other than that, I rate you 2 stars, maybe. I almost forgot the trains at 1 2 and 3 o'clock in the morning.

Location was perfect, All staff we came in contact with were great, i was okay with the price. My room had zero shampoo, soap, etc. I brought my own so tge worked out. Half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Had microwave & mini fridge ? i would add coffeemakers, long walk to get coffee & 1 of 2 bedside light bulbs out. Bed & pillows were good. So with old motel I expected older rooms, I just think they could work harder to make those old rooms more pleasing.

The hotel itself is basic but decent. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was very disappointing. We arrived around midnight and the staff member who attended us provided extremely poor customer service. There was a technical issue with Booking.com (the system wouldn’t let him charge the reservation even though we had the confirmation and proof of payment with our credit card). Instead of trying to find a solution or being helpful, he was uncommunicative and showed zero initiative. He simply told us that we had to call Booking.com ourselves to solve a problem that was on his side. He kept us waiting at reception without giving us a room, all of this at midnight after a long trip. To make matters worse, he had a constant bad attitude and unfriendly face the entire time.I understand technical issues can happen, but the lack of empathy, communication, and willingness to help made the situation much more frustrating than it needed to be. A bit of kindness and problem-solving attitude would have made a huge difference.I hope the hotel improves staff training on customer service and handling issues, especially during night shifts

Location and comfortable beds Unresponsive staff on check in. WiFi not working which in this day and age is not really acceptable for a motel
