The staff member was very nice and got us checked in well our room was clean but outdated but the worse part is all the rooms on our side of the building were next to the smoking area of the back of a bar so couldn't open the windows and the noise levels made it difficult for us to sleep especially my young daughter. And we weren't able to swap rooms.

Don't miss this if staying in Williams .Clean, great value. Customer service is great. Also very walkable to nearby shops.

Walking distance to everything since we are in the town center. Room is clean and comfortable (except for the fridge!) We found left over food from previous occupant still in the fridge

oh and they forgot to put a happy birthday somewhere for the husband

Pictures of rooms are not true, the rooms are very small and they use keys which can be duplicated.

Great place for the price, just needed a clean room to stay in. Staff was helpful. The fridge working when we got there and they had it replaced with a working one within about 10 minutes. Close to everything downtown, will definitely stay there again.

Good location, no issues

Great location. Comfortable beds. A bit pricey for what it was. Your basic simple, clean, no frills room in a good location. Near everything downtown.

The front desk struggled to speak English.

The bed was soft, which I like, and the sheets were clean. The bathroom had a hairdryer and was decent except there were two loose tiles just as you stepped into the bathroom..When we went to check out, there was nobody in the office to let them know. The worst part about the room is there was sand or dirt all over the floor and they did not clean it. Then also found black curly hair in the bathroom. If they fix these items, I would stay there again. It was centrally located to town and an easy drive to the Grand Canyon.

Very clean and friendly staff. It is a comfortable stay, nice that it is a classic Route 66 motor hotel.

It was small but perfect for an overnight or two. The beds were not the best and I’d recommend bringing a pillow. They only provided us 2 pillows total. The bathroom has a step be cautious about that. Otherwise it’s right on downtown, lots to see and do.

The location along Route 66 is convenient. Shower is a bit small.

Old style motel in the heart of town on Rt 66. It was a fun place to walk around. Our room had a comfortable king sized bed, refrigerator and microwave. There was no coffee maker in the room (but there was a cute coffee shop across the street). The water in the shower was extremely hot.
