The price is right, certainly. I'm sure there are newer and nicer motor inns in town, but not with the history of the Arizona 9 property. It's difficult for us as a family of six to find one room to fit us all; and of course never for a price this reasonable. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean when we arrived. You can tell they've certainly done some updates, our bathroom had been renovated in the past few years and was clean, but the bathroom fan was not working, and so unfortunately there was a musty smell in the bathroom. The wall-unit air conditioners worked great, but also emitted a bit of a funky odour. The room did include a nice mini refrigerator that was in good working order. Free wifi, and a nice wall mounted smart tv in each bedroom was great. The staff member was friendly enough and helpful--when I could locate him or track him down. It seemed there was maybe only ever one staff member on site who did everything. So the few times we were looking for something, he was not in the office and we had to track him down through 3 different phone numbers? It took 40 minutes to get a couple fresh towels. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in Williams and we're glad we had the experience of a historic route 66 motor inn.

Great location! It’s in the heart of Williams and within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Also, my room was decently clean and smelled of fresh linens. Rough exterior, but don’t judge a book by its cover. The staff who checked me in could’ve been a little more welcoming.

Nice motel in downtown. On route 66. My room was odd with tight hall to enter, but most not like that. Good condition, clean, except sofa, very stained, didnt even consider using, odd its still in otherwise clean room.

Location was within walking distance from everything, had very route 66 vibes, and was honestly cleaner than I was expecting a motel to be. Other guests were pretty sketchy, were smoking/drinking on a bench directly outside of our room before we went to sleep and as soon as we woke up in the morning, and you could smell the cigarette smoke in the room because of the gap under the door.

Nice location, in the heart of Williams. It was really dirty, basic hygiene was missing.

Just a good old fashioned Motel. Small nothing fancy. It was clean and right in town close to everything. The price was right. We felt safe. The bed was comfortable. The front desk guy was super nice. It was fine, nothing I didn’t liked.

Excellent location. Very comfortable bed. Sofa in room. Quiet. Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash provided in labeled dispensers. Plenty of parking near the room. Several cushions provided on the bed.Toilet paper restocked shortly upon request. Reception/management was available and very responsive. The bathroom door couldn't open or close completely without exceptional force and noise. Only one bath towel was provided in the room, but I'm sure that the reception would have provided another one if we had asked.

Clean, nice and organized. Light stand was nice and loved it. Shower and bathroom was great too. The bed was very comfortable and big. Password on wall was outdated. Once I inputted the correct password I still had issues my entire stay. Half a roll of toilet paper is not enough and it's inconvenient for 1 night. Thankfully I had some in bag.

Room was clean. You can tell they didn’t put much into the renovation. Looks like they were renting a room out to a guy who lives there. When we pulled up he was outside shirtless, smoking weed and picking at his feet.

The motel was in a great location for walking Williams. Very VERY dated and would served well by updating everything. As soon as you open the door to your room, it’s very small and has that “really old building and furnishings” aroma. The ice machine was not working and the soda/snack machines accepted only cash.

Located in the heart of the town, clean, comfortable, great environment. The beds could’ve been more comfortable, but they did the job.

Location was on main road through Williams so perfectly situated. Could have had mugs so we could have made a drink

I have stayed here several times. It is perfectly located on Route 66, walkable to shopping, dining, entertainment!

Nice motel located very close to all the bars and restaurants. Comfortable beds with fridge and microwave if you need one. Noisy A/C so couldn't leave it on all night
