The young adults were polite workers.this isn’t the first negative experience I’ve had with this chain of motels, but it will be my last.

You get what you pay for - which isn’t friendly or helpful staff - which actually costs nothing. Maybe it’s company policy?

Very good

Inexpensive The desk clerk was very unfriendly. He didn't tell me about the WiFi. When I called the front desk from the room, no one answered.

The location in Williams was excellent, it was walking distance to shopping, restaurants, ect on old Route 66 and short drive to the Grand Canyon. That's that only good thing about our stay. When we entered the room it had a musty smell to it. The bathroom door would not shut completely so we had to wedge a towel under the bottom to keep it closed while using it. I woke up the next day to find I had 8 bug bed bites on my right hand. Thankfully my kids were not biten at all. IMO, this motel is a dump. Avoid it, stay somewhere else.

Had to ask for TP. Thin walls and ceiling/floor-could hear guests walking around upstairs.

Walking distance to restaurants and grocery. Close to Grand Canyon Very rude staff. The room had no security lock. The dog area was dirty and gate broken

Super Great Staff and Room! It was Awesome!

Place was clean, well lit, roomy, and quiet. There was even an actual little dog park that my fur kids loved! Right across street from Safeway/Starbucks and a block from all the downtown fun on Rte 66. Will definitely stay again!

Wanted to cancel a reservation and the front desk NEVER answered my calls nor Expedia's calls. Wasn't until AFTER I was charged for 1 night and 3 minutes of waiting on a ringtone that they finally responded and canceled my 2nd night. Awful customer service from them. This was the Williams,AZ location BTW.

Nothing This was the worst motel 6 I have ever been in , the door was falling apart , the latch that suppose for safety was no way gonna stop anyone , and it already looked like it was kicked in before . The a/c did not work properly, and the linen on the bed had stains all over them , the young lady at the front desk said they could not get the stains out , so I told her to tell management to get new ones . The only thing good was the young lady at the desk she was polite and said sorry . Never will I ever go to another motel 6 again , if that is how they all are , we didn’t even stay their the 2 nights cause it was that bad

The new shower was awesome. I had two nights at different Motel 6's this trip. I found out that they sold the name to a company of franchisees. Not the Motel 6 I grew up patronizing. Never again!! We arrived at 9pm and they didn't turn on the AC so it was 90°in the room. In Arizona?? Really??Miserable!
