Awesome experience

The room was clean and adequate; however, the beds were not comfortable, but better than the pillows, bad. The bathroom was clean and nice size; however, the bath/shower needs grab handles or some form of shelving that you can hold on to. Not an easy experience in or out and moving around in the shower.

Great location for easy access to downtown Williams and Train to Grand Canyon. Nice rooms. Food at Spencer's was very good.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Great stay !

The room and staff were great. The location was perfect for walking downtown, getting to the Grand Canyon and watching fireworks

P.S. The GFI plug in our bathroom (room 1391) was tripped and would not re-set- so no plug in the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay and trip on the Railway. Would come back. It was a great time.

Family friendly. Great location

The newly renovated rooms are very nice. Staying there and taking the train into the Grand Canyon was amazing and super easy. Everything is explained like 1000 times – where to go, safety tips, things to do in places to eat, etc. This took all of the stress out of planning what to do and how to do it. Also, you can just walk across the tracks into the heart of Williams and there’s a ton of places to eat and shop. Overall, 10 out of 10.

The grounds are well maintained and there is plenty of parking

We booked a one night stay on our way to California. The site didn’t state that the pool and hot tub was closed. After a 16hr drive I was looking forward to these two things. Total letdown.

Ambience is great. Conveniently located. Friendly

We were not notified ahead of time that the pool and hot tub would shut down for repairs. The way the pool looked at the time when we were there it would be closed for another couple of weeks.

It was a great place. We will return

Wasn’t very happy to find out the pool and spa were under construction. Part of the reason why we booked this trip was to enjoy it for my wife’s birthday.
