The hotel is ideally located close to the downtown area. The hotel was quiet and very comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.

doors slam when neighbors came and went. bathroom was nice. no connection with any of the staff.

When we arrived we were early and were told our room was not available. They said they would text me when it was ready. Well they didn’t do that. We went out walking and came back and sat in the lobby. We continued to wait and my husband went back to the desk and they had rooms available. When the front desk clerk told us we were early she was not very nice about it. Went to pick up our train tickets and I thought the man talking to me was a robot. The people at the hotel are very blasé. The only nice person that I met worked in the gift shop.

The television did not have a remote , then the television did not have any sound so the staff finally found found a new remote. Then we were not able to turn the television off. The staff could not fix the problem so we had to unplug the television to go to sleep

Great location. Requested that our garbage cans be emptied during our stay and they were not.

A lovely overnight stay. Staff pleasant and helpful. Clean and accessible to everything in town.

Rooms should be wiped down and properly cleaned. The Buffet at the restaurant was a rip off for what you get. Breakfast Buffet cost 80 for two adults and two kids with sub par food. Dinner is 35 per person. The area is perfectly located. Fix those two for Great. Experience. Staff was Great.

The hotel is on the rail line and very spacious. Wish we had another day to explore there. We did not eat there but the buffet looked to be a big hit with the travelers staying in the hotel.

Pool and jacuzzi was closed down. Management pick the wrong time of the year for upgrades. Really! School was just let out (June) Was really looking forward to a sit in the jacuzzi after a day of hiking at GC. Wow, so disappointed.
