But the pool was closed, and it did not say that on hotels.com where I booked it. I just think they should mention it if they are renovating so that if you are really wanting to use this amenity, you could book somewhere else with a pool that is open. Nice breakfast, that was a plus too.

Pool/hot tub had been down since last November (11 months), per their own report. [This was important to us because of our means of transportation and health needs.] Three pallets of supplies sitting in the lobby the while we were there. (You'd think they might have put it in the unused pool area.) They complained that we booked through Expedia and after a rough verbal exchange with "Frankie" (Francesca), who had "Daddy" tattooed and on full display across her open chest, I said I'd call corporate. She replied that they and she would give no compensation for our problems, much less an agreed cancellation because we booked theough expedia, so I said that my only recourse is to leave a bad review and she replied that she would give us a bad room (2 couples, 2 rooms), which she did. Apparently there is no IHG regional manager checking on this place. Stay anywhere but here.

Hotel was very clean but just a little rough around the edges, scratches on walls, worn carpet in halls, vinyl peeling on headboard, but nothing that would deter me from staying there again except that the pool and hot tub, which were listed when I booked the hotel 2 months before our trip, was out of service and with no return to service in sight. When we reached the hotel, we were informed of no pool/hot tub, and after check in when I checked the listing on Expedia, those amenities had been removed. Breakfast was good, many options, and the staff were helpful.

There was no suite. It just meant you got a small pull out couch next to your beds. Then there were the obnoxious, drunk tourists that kept my family up all night. They slammed doors, yelled extensively, threw up massively close to our room… all night. The desk staff was no where to be found. Don’t stay here!!!!

Clean, large eating area, breakfast was awesome, well stocked, and a variety of items. Staff was friendly and helpful with extra items needed. Overall good hotel for the price and plenty of places within walking distance. Limited on washer and dryers

This hotel staff were terrible. My sister fell during the stay getting in the elevator. I screamed for help as two employees just stared never even asked if she was ok. I thought holiday inn cared about their patrons. I would never stay at another holidayinn ever. Rude staff never cleane in 4 nights

Very clean, beds could be better but they were ok! Hotel is super close to Route 66 which I loved

One of the greatest highlight stays in Williams located near Route 66 which was a fun walk for My Lady and I. Free breakfast was a plus too. Even tasty food at Goldie’s. We took a trip through a time capsule at this 1950s diner. Wonderful stay. Oh, I forgot to mention, the Grand Canyon about an hour away.
