The bathroom was less than desirable, moldy and old. The floors were sticky.

The hotel needs to be remodel. The pool wasn’t working and had mold and rust inside the shower.

Air conditioner would blow cold then hot again. Never truly got cold. Pool and hot tub were not working. The breakfast was decent for a continental breakfast.

The girl at check in was fantastic, very professional and courteous, check in June 26 @ 3pm.. The room was very clean & beds comfortable, the furniture in room looked new. At breakfast the Coffee machine makes fresh coffee on demand excellent coffee, the packaged muffins were great, even their hot cinnamon rolls were delicious. I give those three items 10 stars, they also had yogurt, milk and bread items, and a pancake maker. The girl at CHECK OUT on June 27 @ 9am.was nice, but had an attitude that she didn't want to be there, wife asked for a receipt of our bill or if she could email it, she said she couldn't do that, & no reason given. Certain parts of the breakfast was poor, sasuage were cold, and under cooked, and the eggs were over cooked, Holiday Inns breakfast are all standard, its all pre packaged food, the same at all Holiday Inns, you just need to know how to heat the food items properly, but this was not one of those times, (straight to the trash) not appealing, Ive had better at other Holiday Inns. Overall look of the place was nice, the pool was out of service, looked very bad, they should of drained the rest of the dirty water out completely. The exercise room didn't supply towels when working out, had a place for them, but no towels.

Let's start with the room. We booked based on the listing stating the room sleeps 6. What we got was a pullout couch with a twin mattress. A twin. For a room that supposedly accommodates six people. I don't know how Holiday Inn's math works, but it doesn't work for families. And that twin pullout? You could feel the springs through the mattress with the lightest touch. I have photos. Both queen headboards were in embarrassing condition, with large chunks of faux leather peeling off all over them. Again, I have photos. This is not normal wear and tear. This is a room that has not been maintained and should not be rented to paying guests. But the real low point was one particular staff member. I don't use the word "awful" lightly. This person was rude, dismissive, and completely indifferent to our concerns. No attempt to help, no apology, no accountability. It was stunning. I've given Holiday Inn the benefit of the doubt for years. Not anymore. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere that actually delivers what it promises.

The gentleman working the desk was a really great guy. Sent my teenager in to ask for a luggage cart, when she came out to tell us one would be returned soon the desk guy walked out with one just behind her. The room was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. All around nice stay.

Alarm clock broken.

Beds are of poor quality

The pool has been broken since November 2025! So you can’t use it! Was suggested that we go to the Aquatic Center ( which cost more ) but that was a nice place for the grandbaby.

We came in last minute late at night. Parking and Check in was quick and easy and the front desk was helpful. My room was a tad disheveled, with a bench being pulled out away from the wall when I entered and one of the queen beds looked like someone had been sitting on it. I also did find a long piece of hair in my bedding when I pulled back the covers. The room was fairly clean otherwise but routine it’s 12 maintenance on carpeting, caulking, and furniture, such as headboards was lacking. I was able to adjust the temperature easily which was a plus. The continental breakfast was very good, plentiful, and nicely set up. The walls were thin and I could hear the tv in the next room. Check out was a breeze and the staff were very polite.

Breakfast was good. Had fresh , hot items There was a roach in the eating area and also in one of three rooms that were booked. The property looked run down and had a strong old musty oder in the rooms. Overall could be improved greatly

Friendly, clean. Easy access and plenty of parking spots.

Breakfast was ok…

The front desk staff were not very professional. They came across as being bothered from the time we entered until we left. Stayed two days. No coffee pot in room and when asked about it she said…we did away with that but if you really need one you can borrow one. There is coffee 24 hrs a day. The TV with the two controllers was very difficult to use. I would never stay there again.

Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by the management. I was incorrectly charged on my credit card even though I had already paid through Expedia. When I contacted the hotel to resolve the issue, they were not helpful and instead suggested that I avoid using Expedia in the future and book directly with them. Although Expedia was able to step in and have most of the charges reversed, the hotel retained a portion of the funds without providing a clear explanation. This lack of accountability and poor customer service from management was disappointing and overshadowed an otherwise good stay.
