Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and met our needs.

The place is and looks older. Room was clean and functional except the television didn't work and there were a few dead mothes laying around. On our stay was mid summer, the pool and hot tub area was used for storage, no water appeared very dirty. The breakfast offered in the description is nonexistent, in the morning hours you can't even access the office area, the ice machine available was a coin opperated type, that hadn't been used or useful in years. In town there is a great little restaurant named Anna's for breakfast.

The ease to get in room. No pool, no breakfast not even coffee until late in morning. Some of the guests near us got loud with a domestic. One door needed a bottom trim do snakes and mice could not get in the room.

They advertise a good breakfast, but all they offer is watered-down coffee. They don’t even provide complimentary water for guests. To make matters worse, the woman at the front desk was rude and seemed to mock us when we asked where breakfast was being served. I specifically paid for a hotel that advertised breakfast, and there was essentially nothing available. I feel completely misled and very disappointed with my experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bit old Breakfast non existent Staff were nice and friendly Location ok Got there on an event week end Paid a lot more than it was worth But got a room

All in all a good experience, staff was friendly One of the red curtains had white color all over it. I hoped it was because the wall maybe was painted recently. The windows also could be a little thicker, i heard the traffic from the street at night

When I booked the room, I didn't know it was in such a bad area. We had a very expensive classic car with us and didn't feel comfortable staying there. Also, the exterior painting was terrible. I booked a room at another hotel and felt much safer.

Room doors need to be more secure. Easily can be broken into

Location is excellent, Williams is a great place and safe place to stay. Surrounded by trees, walking distance to shops and historic Route 66 Cars esque town. Big beds which were comfortable. Spacious Well let’s the start with the ‘complimentary breakfast’ which was as little as a granola bar hidden behind the check-in desk which you had to ask for each morning. They shouldn’t advertise as having breakfast included. Keycards left a lot to be desired, as was the absence of water in the pool and jacuzzi which seemed to have been stored in the shower heads

Yes, ice machine, need to pay. Not recommend.

I selected this because it Said Breakfast was Included. The apple and orange juice was heavily watered down. Nothing else to Grab and Go with except a cup of Coffee.
-
Unlike some of the rooms, this one had a small desk. Fairly spacious. Advertised free breakfast but couldn't find it. Bathroom fan very noisy, sounded like a banshee. Showered in the dark, not wanting to wake the neighbors. But if the light had been on, I would have seen the crappy paint job. Have you heard of masking tape?

No breakfast

Location Bed had springs sticking out of them, website state breakfast they did NOT offer breakfast, and had to pay for ice.

The staff was kind of nice the one time we saw them. The location was ok. The room was dirty and cramped. The parking was almost impossible on the back of the building where they put us. The curtains didn't cover the window. And you had to hold the toilet handle down to get it to flush

The room was clean, and the location is convenient with many places nearby. My check-in and check-out experience at the front desk was great. However, I had a disappointing experience with an older staff, I don't know if he is the security guard or a hotel helper, he is Indian man. The way he approached and spoke to me very rude and unprofessional. I hope the management can improve customer service and ensure guest are treated respectfully.

The shower had hot water. The facilities were old and not maintained. There was no breakfast, as stated. Food that was supplied consisted of coffee and juice
