When I first came there it was smooth but when I wanted to stay a second night and I paid for it before check out time .Someone was trying to come in my room and the person said I thought you checked out I said no.Then around 1:00 the manager come knocking at my door asking again did I checkout I said no because I paid for my second night so he went back to check on it . So the issue was the person who check me in still had me for check out but did not put me in for check in even though I paid for it .Glad I had proof that I paid for second night .That was wierd to me and unprofessional.

The beds in the room was comfortable Dogs barking all times of night, people talking loud, slamming doors and did not have continental breakfast I was looking for. The toilet was kind of rocky and did not have a switch for the vent in the bathroom. And the A/C sounded like a truck starting up. Not a good hotel to stay at.

Bathrooms were not cleaned, room refregiter was not working, room light next to door was out of order. They didn't have enough bulbs. Breakfast was not good enough.

The room had a smell. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, and there was rust on the vanity light. There wasn't much to the breakfast, and the ceiling was leaking in the dining area.

Breakfast was poor, they shouldn't even advertise breakfast. The pool was not heated as advertised. Those were 2 of my main reasons for booking this location.

Very musty smelling in the hallways. There was nothing on the breakfast but waffles. No other dishes.

Easy to get to Pool was indoors but not heated, towels for pool were very small, only waffles for breakfast was offered. Room smelt musty.

We had to request another room because the bedding was dirty. There was something on the sheets, bedspread and pillows. When going to get the continental breakfast, the only thing they had was waffles and yogurt. Overall the hotel was at a great location for visiting Bush Gardens but cleanliness was not good. What you see advertised on the website is not what you get.

Like the location. Close to Bush Gardens and several restaurants. The room was comfortable and plenty of parking and room was clean with no issues . Shower worked great and good internet service there . There was a nice indoor pool that was cleaned and different people in it though I didn't use but was a nice pool. I stayed 2 nights . I previously had booked 1night on booking.com then other family members wanted to go and said let's do a 2 night stay . I called the motel and spoke to a person and I told the person I decided to stay another night and would be there in about a week. I explained I had only booked 1.night but wanted 2 so I asked did I need to go back through booking.com or could I just tell them a extra night to be added . The person said that it wasn't be no problem and would give me the same rate and what I had for the 1st night on booking.com.just tell them when I arrived to check in. Will when I checked in that didn't happen and I had to pay extra when I could have saved a lot money buy going ahead and booking back again through booking.com . I explained to the person at desk what I was told and didn't accommodate what I was told on the phone so learned my lesson on that . To get a good rating and great service is to make the people want to come back by should have allowed the 2nd night to be what I was told thats the only issue that made me have a concern.

They dont have enough power to use TV and microwave at the same time. Ptac unit did not cool. They did not have enough circuits to run the waffle machine and the only other breakfast option was toast or cereal.

Very clean, very easy to find, and very convenient because we were going to Busch Gardens. It was also very easy for me to get to church from there. Very disappointed with the breakfast, there were very few options. This is especially true for someone like me seeking protein options. Previous reviews and photos on the website suggest a full hot bar with breakfast items. However, this was not the case during our stay.

The check in was not a problem at all. The staff issue was the man in charge of breakfast. The man who was at breakfast

Only downfall was when showering the water wouldn’t drain until after the fact , wasn’t ideal for 2 adults and 3 kids taking a shower back to back after the water park .

Hotel is in a great area! Close to everything but the hotel itself is a bit dated.

The pillows were too hard for my liking is the only bad thing I can say! Great stay!!!!

Room was in need of getting and remodeling. Floor and steps had defects and there was no evidence of repairs. Bed was ok. Room was clean. The halls were smelly and dirty. Elevator was on and off. Upholstery was dirty and very worn. Fitness center was non existent. Pool area was dirty. Hotel lobby smelled of cigarettes.

Friendly family atmosphere comfortable That was really nothing not to like besides the fact that they don't serve turkey products for breakfast but not a big deal at all

Short staffed so front desk often not manned.
