Mi experiencia con expedía fue mala ya que yo hice reservaciones para 5 personas y cuando estaba haciendo check in me dicen que solo pagué por 2 personas 😡y lo único que me dijeron fue que expedía siempre hace eso y terminé pagando más.

Staff was awesome, respectful and helpful, there are a few things in my room I didn’t like, cleaning staff could dust better there was a smell in bathroom but it appeared clean, as a woman with arthritis the toilets seem low other than that we had a great time, in my opinion there needs to be more handicap parking

We lost a toy in a tree and a maintenance man helped us to get it down. It made all the difference to our grandson,

The water park is amazing. My kids had so much fun there.

Their diligence allowed me to feel relaxed, knowing my children were in a well‑monitored environment while still keeping my own eyes on them, of course. I especially enjoyed the lazy river, spending time floating and playing with my daughters. It had been 11 years since my last visit, and this time I truly appreciated the experience. Being able to enjoy it with my young daughters and my oldest son made it even more meaningful.

The check-in process was changed for some reason. I don’t know why I was not able to check in on the kiosk this time despite me doing so the last two times I came here; booked on Expedia every time. The water park was nice, smelled better than when I last came a few months ago. The food quality could be a little better, but my experience was fine.

Rooms were lovely. Water park was enjoyable my daughter had fun. A bit too crowdy for my taste especially seeing its an indoor space.
