Great stay

Definitely better than my last stay. The smell of the waterpark was improved, the water park itself was nice, and I appreciate when staff are nice enough to be open about certain things. For example, when my Hungry as a Wolf order wasn’t ready, they told me it was because they haven’t had any orders in a while. Despite the inconvenience, I appreciate the communication from the employees. I appreciate how much care the employees of Great Wolf Lodge put into the resort.

Great Wolf lodge is very kid friendly and I like that the bands open the door. The kids liked that too cause they get to unlock the door themselves. We will return again soon.

My family and I had a great time and planning to come back next month.

The water park was definitely the highlight of our trip. There were so many different activities that our kids always had something exciting to do. They especially enjoyed the wave pool, lazy river, and the different water slides and play areas. The variety of activities made it enjoyable for both younger children and adults. Our kids had an amazing time and truly enjoyed every moment. Beyond the water park, we also loved that there were additional activities and entertainment throughout the day, which made the whole stay feel like a complete family vacation. Overall, we had a fantastic family experience and would definitely recommend Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg to families looking for a fun, clean, and activity-filled getaway. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Great wolf is always a great time and a favorite of our geandchildren. But the room we got remained very warm and muggy even with AC on and we had a leak and n our bathroom from the room above us. They addressed the leak immediately and provided breakfast vouchers for our group. The resort may just need some upgrades due to its age. But great experience overall.

The elevators were a bit slow but other than that all was good!!!

Everything is great!! There no complaints as for right now….. the grizzy bear suite was an excellent!!

Mattress in the room we stayed in was so soft it gave me a backache after just 2 nights!! Please replace it! On the first day internet stopped working in the evening. Did have internet on my 2nd and 3rd day. Better TV channels would have negated the need to use internet to stream movies. No maid service on the 2nd day...which meant no coffee packs for us. Front desk did supply us, fortunately. Will not be returning. First floor smelled like mold and mildew. Water park area was enjoyed by my teenage grandsons. I was SO grateful for the "over 21" hot tub. Why not have a nice sit down restaurant or two that is NOT a buffet? Even kids need something different to eat.
