not well maintained and looks/feels old

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast to go could have been better, it was muffin and apple, goldfish crackers, granola bar, orange juic, apple juice and coffee. Has a nice pool and good ac in the room. The water in the shower got way to hot on cold so I did get a little burned. Overall it was a very good stay.

Overall a good clean budget hotel. The outside may look rough but the rooms very clean and modern

The air conditioning was terrible, area smelled of smoke, no ice machines. Breakfast was packaged snacks.

When we first walked into the hotel to check in, we heard people at the front desk complaining about how their tv didn’t work, and how their air conditioning sounded like a train. Luckily, when we got to our room it wasn’t dirty overall, whereas most of the rest of the public areas (like the lobby) were very dilapidated. There was a decent sized crack in the door near the hinges where you could partially see into the room. Our air conditioning was loud as well and multiple buttons on the tv didn’t work, like the button to change the channel. However the beds were surprisingly clean besides one yellow stain on the edge of the bed. Almost every time we went out into our hallway during the stay, though, there was a lingering smell of marijauna and one time when we used the elevator there were what appeared to be pills scattered across the floor. At a later time when we went to ask for more towels the same people from earlier were complaining that they switched rooms multiple times and the room key that they had wouldn’t even unlock the door of their current one. Also, the “included breakfast” was bags of goldfish and a few pre-packaged muffins, which felt like it was only there so that the hotel could list that it had breakfast included.

Will never stay here again. First thing the toilet was backing up, the tub was dirty. Air conditioner was screaming all night, there was no cold water in the shower, but was boiling hot, I was scared to shower. The furniture was dirty. Breakfast was a joke it was strongly concentrated juice that should have been watered down. Muffins and coffee machine. The hallway smell like mole. The ice machine looked disgusting and mold all over it…

Though we had some problems with our room ( the television nor phone worked). The staff was very helpful and prompt to get the television to work. I loved the hot tub in the room. Even with the minor inconvenience I truly enjoyed my stay there.

This was one of the worst places I've ever stayed at. First room we were put into didn't have a fridge or microwave. They moved us to a different room where there was a fridge and microwave but the ac barely worked. There were other people there complaining about their rooms. A lot of people were complaining about roaches. I personally did not see any but I don't doubt they were there. Would have switched to a different hotel if there was another one that had vacancies. Awful experience. Will not be returning

Nothing Our first room was dirty upon check in. It had not been cleaned at all. Beds unmade and dirty. The room key didn't want to work for the 2nd room given. Then the air conditioner was barely working. The TV also didn't work. And one of the wall sockets didn't work. Overall the worst place I've ever stayed.

It didn’t catch fire while I stayed there. The missing outlet covers on multiple outlets, toilet side coffee maker, missing battery in the smoke detector, window lock broken and partially jimmied open then stuck like that, cigarette burns on the a/c unit, the outlets fall in when touched, their wiring is exposed, the room I stayed in had a phone from another room, no fire escape plan on the door, and the continental breakfast being the whole reason I booked this place was a few sticky moist muffins, a bowl of granola bars and a bowl of apples mixed with apple sauce tubs, and brown orange juice and some apple juice. BROWN ORANGE JUICE. It’s in the right hand juice container in the photo. The worst of the worst was the smell. The first floor doesn’t smell the way the fifth floor does. Wet dog and cigarette smoke, but this morning was mixed with human excrement. Repelling. I also felt entirely unsafe in the parking lot due to folks who needed help be it mental or substance abuse hanging out near the doors.

The staff was very helpful, attentive, and nice. Also, the hotel was okay but there was no mini fridge or microwave in our room. Overall it was okay.

Will not stay there again. I left after i checked in

Everything was at a great location The indoor pool was hot inside and the windows were open so the smoke from the smoking area was inside the building. My air conditioner was on high my entire trip, but the room never really got cold.

The key cards stopped working multiple times, which was frustrating. In one of our rooms, the cable wasn’t working at all. The hotel itself is very outdated. The showers were rusted, fixtures were worn, and parts of the room appeared to be falling apart. The shower was another major issue. The water was freezing cold most of the time, wouldn’t stay hot, and the water pressure was extremely poor. We specifically requested a non-smoking room, but there was still a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. To make matters worse, the bed sheets had cigarette burn marks. Overall, this hotel is in desperate need of renovations and better maintenance. Based on our experience, it did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again.

Hotel need much better maintenance. Dirty and ac too much noise at night

All bad No bre

The pool area smelled atrocious, and the cafe was closed/inoperable. The included “breakfast” should not be listed as such; it consisted of pre-packaged chips and granola bars, and some fresh fruit and juice. There were some muffins available and home baked cookies in ziplock bags.
