The management was not friendly at all they didn't speak to anyone at all the housekeeping wasn't good on the changing the beds until we had to ask them to that was on the second would not stay there again

The ac unit was so loud it had to be turned off in order to sleep. The showers were ice cold and was like that in several rooms.

Horrible property but at $60 a night you get what you pay for. The beds were super uncomfortable. The carpet in my room hadn't been vacuumed. The air conditioner was so loud it had to be replaced. There were ants near the windows. The staff doesn't even stand up to greet you. I had to make noise for the guy to even look up from whatever he was doing. It's clear they haven't been trained in hotel protocols. As a single woman traveling alone, the clerk should not say my room number out loud for all to hear. Will never stay there again.

The pool was murky and the hot tub itself was not hot. It was luke warm at best

The entire hotel reeks of drug users and abusers .. this is no place for anyone that works a decent 9-5, retired or in college. The Picts are deceiving.. RUN!

Price Obvious aging condition of room, crowded furniture arrangement, mold in bathroom and no exhaust fan, insects throughout the room, and continental breakfast.

How close it was to where I was visiting Bugs everywhere. Crawling on me in my sleep. Also had several mice running around. Tried to get a new room, they wouldn't switch us. Asked for a refund and wouldn't give us one

Nothing stood out. The whole hotel smells like smoke. Why are we even allowing smoking inside of an establishment in 2026. It’s smells disgusting like a cheap hotel. I had a non smoking room that smells like smoke anyway. The room smelled old and stale. The booking app advertised free breakfast. They do not have breakfast, just goldfish crackers, fruit bars and Apple juice. The remote did not work had to go to the front desk and get a new one. The hotel really needs some upgrading. I’ve stayed at Whyndam hotels before never one this bad. I will never stay here again.

Found mold in the shower. Told the staff, moved us to another room. Still found mold in the new room. The new room smelt musty and ac didn’t really work. Absolutely disgusting
