Chance room 3 times!! Horrible

No hot water. Had to switch rooms twice. Hot tub was old and dirty in room.

However, it was dirty, grimy, and smelled like cigarette smoke and POT and poo in the hallway right near our non-smoking room. The breakfast was a bad joke: granola bars, gold fish crackers, dry mini muffins and a strange-looking, orange-brown "orange juice" placed by the front desk. The original kitchen was closed off, apparently permanently. The work-out room: equipment wobbled badly and the room smelled. Why? Because somebody left a tray of gravy and grease on the floor, and the garbage can had chicken bones and meat in it. For days. The pool was OK but the water was murky, and strangely there were NO LIGHTS at night, so we swam in near dark INDOORS. During evening swim hours. Unsafe. Nobody in my family wanted to touch our room's sofa because it had weird stains on it. The room had no chairs unlike the picture, so we had to eat on the bed. Other than that, the room was decent and you can tell they tried to upgrade it. For the price it's not worth it! WE have stayed at much better places for less money. GROSS place.

This hotel needs to be demolished immediately . We had two rooms , one had NO hot water. They had to use our room to shower in Luke warm water. Cigarette burns all over bathroom and pillows. Place smelled terrible. No breakfast besides gold fish and muffins.

The A/C was making weird noises all night

Food on floor. A/c broken. Coffee undrinkable. Beds hard as a rock, woke up with numb arms as a side sleeper. Gym equipment broken. Pool area dark with broken lights otherwise great!

We needed somewhere to stay overnight and I thought this would be a good budget option. I didn’t have high standards but definitely thought it would be better than a random motel on the side of the road. However, that’s exactly what it was. The pool was gross. Pool deck was terribly kept. The pictures of literally everything look like they were AI generated compared to what it actually was. Everything was so incredibly run down. I cared about cleanliness but if nothing is maintained then I know it isn’t clean and clearly nothing was maintained. The cherry on top was the free “breakfast.” The breakfast room was not open, instead they had bins of goldfish crackers, granola bars, and muffins in the lobby with iced coffee with milk and sugar already in it. It was honestly horrendous. Also, walking into the bathroom was impossible. The second you get the door open the toilet is at your feet. You have to maneuver yourself around to get the door closed. Just completely awful. Lady that checked us in was nice and friendly. Everyone else was super unfriendly. Holding a bunch of stuff to get into the back of the hotel, I tried to open the door with my key card in the rain and a staff member just watched me struggle until I figured it out even though she was standing inside the door. She also just saw me walk past her to go to my car so she knows I was staying there. Just literally they do the absolute bare minimum there. No thank you. Trashy people all over the area too. Horrible

The staff was okay, I don't think they understood English much but its okay wasn't a problem. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast wasn't available like it said it would be for both mornings of our stay. Pool was okay we didnt get in it smelled alot like chlorine but had stuff on top of the pool. Hallways had an odd smell but it comes and goes not surprised due to people smoking outside and leaving the door open. It was our first time staying here. We wouldn't stay again. Theirs just a few things that need improvement and it would be a great stay. Their gym area needs an extreme improvement, machines were broken so I couldn't use the gym.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and responsive.

Poor water pressure in toilet. Had to flush 3 times to clear waste. The tub had jets that did not work. The fitness room had weight machines that did not work. The indoor pool was clean but only had 4 plastic chairs for guest. No AC in elevator or hall. Ice machine on my floor did not work The breakfast was apples, orange drink, and granola bars.

Very good experience. Will definitely return.
