Staff above and behind helpful and courteous! Room very clean, extraordinary bathroom, check in and check out hassle free! Pool amazing. Very quiet! Super enjoyable resort to have a birthday party!!

We had an amazing stay during our vacation. We enjoyed all the amenities at the resort.

on the smaller side as vac villages go only has 1 playground but the pool is definitely geared more towards family.

Great stay with my daughter. Lots of activities for all ages at the outdoor pool. Rooms were big and spacious but some furniture was worn down. However if I go back to Virginia I would book this property again.

Everything was nice, I would say try to get a room on top level if you don’t want to hear kids running around above you. And I was really excited about the text message service, I was sent a text saying I could communicate via text and ask for what ever I needed. So I tried it to get more coffee brought up to the room, the reply was fast. But I never received the coffee even tho the message said they brought it. Maybe they took to another room ? Not sure. But overall it was a very nice place! I will be back and bring my own coffee.

The only thing I would mention is that one of the pool staff members (GUY) was a little overbearing. He would frequently grab the horn and repeatedly tell the kids what they could and couldn’t do on the slide and in the pool. The other pool staff members we encountered on different days were much more relaxed and allowed the kids to enjoy themselves while still keeping everyone safe. As parents, we were right there watching our children, and they were being safe and respectful. At times, the constant announcements made it feel like the kids couldn’t just be kids and actually made me want to leave the pool. I also would hear other parents talking about this as well. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this place to other families. Hopefully, the pool staff can find a better balance between keeping everyone safe and allowing families to relax and enjoy the pool.

We stayed for a night here. Staff is very professional. Check in and check out process is very easy. Rooms are clean. Staff helped us for early check in.Definitely will comeback next time.

We also noticed that the bathroom floor had spots all the around the toilet, the sink was on and the sink was halfway full. The stovetop was dirty and cob webs all around the light fixture above the dining room table. We let them know and the lady said they'd have someone come clean but never did.

I love the convenience of the property. We’ve stayed there multiple times, but this time it was different. The TV’s didn’t work and the water would t get hot in the bathrooms. Also, our room smelled like cigarette smoke and old pets. We don’t smoke or have pets so we were upset. We sprayed air fresheners and cleaned it as much as we could, but it didn’t really make a difference. We talked to the front desk, but nothing happened. I have to rethink coming back. This experience was horrible, but the convenience is what made me book there.

Everything was mostly clean, a few areas could have used a little more work. The pool play area was a favorite for the kids. Staff was friendly. Coffee bar was delicious. We very much enjoyed out stay and would stay again.

I think the value of this place is just amazing. I would definitely recommend.
