Very large and spacious. Great for large families.

Door to toilet could use some cleaning. there were some black smudges on the Living room and hall walls. Carpet leading to bath could use some trimming and glue. Found a large bobby pin on the carpet. There was a large beetle-like insect in the bathroom and a smaller bug in the kitchen sink

The amenities were amazing and very close to shopping and restaurants. Parking is limited at your assigned stay (on a first come first serve basis) and the overflow lot can be far depending on where your suite is. Also, handicap parking only is not enforced.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The 2bedroom suite was awesome. King bedroom ensuit has a wonderful spacious shower, while the Queen has a jetted tub. Living room fireplace was especially nice & their is also a balcony. The full kitchen makes the entire apartment as comfortable as your own home. Additionally the property is very close to shopping, dining and activities.

My only complaint is the noise. There were people in the landing outside our room coming and going and yelling at each other from 10pm when I tried to go to bed, until after midnight. I think they were for room 174A. Many times there was a small child crying. The doors do not block any noise at all and we could hear the entire conversations. It was disturbing to me and my children, hearing all their yelling and that poor child crying. It wasn't a baby, it was a child. And she wasn't being treated lovingly. Lots of loud crying on and off for 2 hours right outside our door. I could also smell smoke like weed or pot or something, which I also know is against the rules. So my only complaints are the noise of people in the foyer/landing/stairwell and outside my window. And lack of quiet hours. And smell of smoke. All of that contributed to me feeling it was a little unsafe of a hotel stay. We decided to leave first thing in the morning and not stay and swim or do any activities. I loved the apartment and we wanted to stay several days because it's the best hotel apartment I've ever seen. But I didn't want to experience another night like that. Those guests were scary and disturbing. So I'm glad we left. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The location and amenities size of the room The outside door didn't lock and the deadbolt on the door leading to our room was shaking. The table left brown spots on our clothes. T.vs could have been bigger.

We stayed at a similar resort nearby on our last visit. It wasn't great. The big one here is that they have great staff response times. And when we use the sleeper couch, they have an extra set of blankets ready for it. This will be our regular stop when in the area. 2/2 total trips and happy on both.
