Bad things: The floor was dirty, there were cockroaches, and there were only two large towels for three people; when my sister asked for another towel, she was told they didn't have any. The microwave didn't work very well, and the TV wouldn't work either.

I had to wait for check in over 20 minutes in the lobby with noone coming out to see if I needed help. There was stairs to carry and climb to get to a room located in a odd place. The room looked nothing like the photos. The covers where stained. The curtains to the patio where gross. Roaches ran the walls. The one chair in the room was dirty. We left at 5:30 am because it was that nasty. When we told them that roaches was on the walls, the acted nonchalant and stated we will look into that. Not a spot for travelers more like a locals male homes in the suites to conduct questionable activities. Loud ,doors opening and closing loudly.

Both of the rooms we had was dirty bugs everywhere and bed bugs

How cheap it was. The mattress was dirty, bathtub was disguising, walls were extremely thin, bed wasn’t comfortable, Wi-Fi was spotty.

The room was disgustingly. There were bugs on the floor,the tub was not cleaned, It was an efficientcy had a conduction stove top,there were no pans no dishes nothing in kitchen. There was one chair and one bar stool at counter. There was only a sheet on the bed. When I went to the desk to find out about the pots and dishes ect. I was then told I had to rent them. Needless to say we got our money back and left. Do not go there.

the room was clean but the property and under the mattress was dirty and had bedbugs. i checked in only to check right back out after seeing how dirty the bed was.

Everything was good and had a good stay

pool not open. Air conditioning was too cold. The first room they offered us was so mildewed the lampshades had black stains. The base of the lamps were rusting. The entire room was. covered inn cigarette smoke film. The. next room was occupied by someone else. In the last room we found a huge lint ball on the floor. TV did work. Could not call front desk since the phone was dead. The clock and lamp on the bedside table were not connected to the one socket since the extension cord was 4 feet too short. The mattress was so soft I could not sleep and my back is killing me.

Pros - The front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

Overall it was fine. We did not get the updated version you see in the pictures. They are still doing upgrades in the lobby when you walk in. Nice staff. The people around the hotel are a bit sketchy. Just people walking up and down the halls. We only stay at Marriott’s so this was a super last minute & affordable option. For a Friday night it was pretty calm and quiet. Clearly people still smoke on property when it is a smoke free place… We were hardly in the room so it was fine for a quick one night stay.

Trash in stairwell, overflowing outdoor trash bins, no working elevator. No housekeeping and when we went to the front desk to ask for towels we were told there were none available and that housekeeping had left for the day and locked everything. The manager eventually came with towels after 8pm. The dog in the next room barked all night, both nights. We complained but nothing was done. We asked for a different room but were told that there were no other rooms available. We will never stay here again.

The wifi never worked which was one main reason i booked the hotel. There was food and peoples socks and shoes under the bed which clearly shows that the room wasnt clean. There was less than a half of toilet paper. No room service was offered to be able to get anymore toilet paper or towels. The guy in the office was nice but other than that the room was not great. Had to buy extra skillet and pot because i wasnt aware it was an induction stove. Would love to be compensated for the experience
