We arrived on check in day about 15 min before check-in the guy behind the desk informed my husband and I that we had to wait till 3pm. We said ok he proceeded to make us wait until 3:20 before he would finally check us in. We didn’t say anything just let it go. We booked a king non smoking room. We entered the room to have it reek of cigarette dirty walls old badly damaged furniture. Bathroom was sadly no better mold cracked tiles toilet seat looked like it was recycled from the trash damage and pain ect. We then see the king bed ugh it was like sleeping on the floor of the floor was broken at the head. We had to sleep in the broken dip for three nights. Worst stay ever loud dirty pictures are more then just misleading they look like a completely different establishment. If it can be avoided I’d definitely stay somewhere else. Highly do not recommend.

They put us into a room next to someone with children. It was an ajoining room. We heard everything that was going on through the door. The children stayed up screaming until about 1:00 to 2am. Once they finally went to sleep the tv was blasting. The carpets was dirty. The beds were smaller then we expected. The bathroom door did not lock if you tried to lock it you will cut your hand because the button you push to lock it was broken. I will never stay there again. We only stayed there to get some rest and rest was something we didn't.

We paid for a room with 2 beds and a sofa to sleep 6, but got a room with only 2 beds so we had to buy an air mattress. There were no other sheets, blankets or pillows available. The room smelled and the people in the hotel were loud. Staff was no help.

All the staff I talked to were friendly and helpful.

The location. Carpet in room needs replacement. The property appears to be a long time rental for some of the tenants.

Jennifer the front desk person was friendly, kind, sweet and just all around wonderful and understanding. She was the only thing good about that place. The whole place needs to be torn down and replaced. It wasn't easy getting to your rooms. You had to drag luggage a half mile. Room was very dated and smelled like smoke and dirty body order. Dirt every where you looked. Curtains in room had holes in them and brown and black stains on them. Room looked nothing like picture on website. No closet space. Wardrobe was broken and had to be held up by a table. Hard to find an outlets. Very dark and gloomy. Booked for weekend and had to leave a right and get another hotel for weekend. Over all the worst place ever.

Upon waking into the hotel and approaching the reception desk there was a female standing there getting her room key with visible signs of drug use as well as improper clothing. After that women left I went to the desk to get my room key while my wife went to look at the pool area. While she was by the pool she was smothered by the smell of weed that over a 5 minute period time being there it would consume the whole area outside. Once my wife and I received our room key we walked to our room and opened the door to be greeted with the stench of mildew. Upon further examination one of the comforters on the bed had yellow/brown stains on it as well as the door to the room was not completely sealed. My wife and I then went to our car to call Expedia, while on the phone we watched a grown man shave his chest and stomach outside of his room which was on the second deck directly above our room. The staff was professional and granted us full refund and respected our wishes of not staying at this hotel.

Great work a weekly work stay

The pool looked nice, but we did not have time to use it. The first room we were assigned smelled like cigarette smoke and pot smoke. The second room we were assigned had a strong chemical/perfume type of smell that seemed to be masking other smells. The carpet was sticky, the pillows were tiny and floppy. There was no bedding for the fold out. I sent the teens to the front desk and they came back with TWO sheets...no blanket, no pillows. Did not feel like it was a safe area for my family. I really wish I had just paid $30-$50 more for a better place. Lesson learned.

The lady at the counter at 2am was wonderful! We had a problem with our room and she upgraded us to a suite to accommodate our stay. I think the cleanliness could be better. There were piles of trash by the steps through out the weekend. Other than that it was a good stay.

It was was worse stay ever 😪

Room was ok. Kind of what I expected for what I paid. Toilet was constantly running because it had a leak in the tank. Shower did not drain well enough during a shower. It would start to fill the tub even though the drain was open. The bedding and pillows were cheap. It was what I expected for what I paid. Not great and not terrible. Great location.

The only reason I assessed this hotel as OK is because it is priced reasonably low and we had a comfortable night sleep. It took 90 minutes to change the batteries of the smoke detector in our room, which was chirping. The outside property is not well kept. We stayed at this hotel because the location was favorable and they accepted pets, though they apparently changed that policy since the time I made the reservation. It will do for a night's stay if you don't want to spend much, but we won't be staying there again.

The people at the desk were nice and fixed the TV when I called. Noise! Paper thin walls. The curtains would not close in front of the window. I had to go to Target to get big chip clips to close it. There was a panel in the bathroom that would not close. Beds were rock hard!
