A++++++

The building was very dark (hallways, decor and carpeting). It is an older building that definitely needs some upgrades.

dirty pool.

I was locked out of my room at 1am. I came back to the hotel only to not be able to enter . The front desk receptionist tried to get in after about 20 minutes, he decided to bust in the door. Turns out the security bolt from the inside closed itself?? It creeped me out and we had to sleep without that layer of security. We were not offered a new room or discount for the security issues. The bathroom was also during and had dirt from the wall in the tub.

Great location. No complaints

Staff were friendly and location was great, but the AC didn’t work properly and the tv didn’t work at all. But bonus is that they have cookies in the lobby!

I liked that the property was conveniently located near my intended destination. There were also numerous shopping centers and restaurants nearby, making it easy to access dining and other amenities. What didn't you like? I was concerned that the rear of the property was not secured. Additionally, several residents were sitting on buckets and chairs in the back smoking, which detracted from the overall appearance and sense of security.

Check in was easy. Room was a good size and the beds were ok. Once we got over the (musty/chemical) smell of the hotel and room, everything was ok. Breakfast was good. Overall good for the price we paid, just not sure what the smell was.

You pay for what you get. Great location for food attractions but the hotel is definitely a 1.5 overall. Just a heads up Lots of addiction people live on the property and they smells.

Easy, free and secure parking. Decent breakfast fro. 6:30 to 9:30.The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Bunny. This was the second year we stayed at this hotel and we would stay here again. Good value for the price.

The only positive part of our stay was the gentleman at the front desk. He was very kind, professional, and did his best to help us. Unfortunately, my experience with another staff member, Sherrie, was the complete opposite. She left me a voicemail accusing me of children running through the hallways, even though those children were not staying in my room. She repeatedly called my room and then called my personal cell phone. When I called the front desk back to speak with her and explain that she had the wrong room, she never returned my call. I was disappointed that I was accused without anyone first verifying the facts. Overall, between the poor condition of the rooms and the way this situation was handled, I would not stay here again.
-
Overall, it was not a relaxing stay, and it did not meet the standard I expect from a hotel. Management needs to do a much better job with cleanliness, maintenance, and enforcing quiet hours so guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

The hotel was overall okay. It could use some updating. The walls were thin, you could hear every little noise. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Room smoke detector was disabled Floors were filthy Beds were comfortable

The location was great for our weekend stay while we were going to Busch Gardens. The staff was super friendly and available. The price was affordable. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Breakfast was ok, they had juice, coffee, apples, oranges, cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage patties, bagels and toast, muffins, oatmeal, and the waffle makers. Basic, not high quality. But it was there, stocked, being taken care of. The photos do not match what the hotel is actually like. The restaurant was closed. It seems like it's probably undergoing renovations, based on how many things were closed. The pool was closed, I couldn't find a gym area, and the rooms are set up similarly to the photos, but not accurately in real life. The mini fridge and microwave in the room were older, but they did work. The bathroom had no fan, and it's just generally still an older bathroom, but the water pressure and temperature were good. The internet and TV were also difficult to use, so we ended up using our hotspot and logging into our own streaming services.
