Days Hotel by Wyndham Williamsburg I-64

The only positive part of our stay was the gentleman at the front desk. He was very kind, professional, and did his best to help us. Unfortunately, my experience with another staff member, Sherrie, was the complete opposite. She left me a voicemail accusing me of children running through the hallways, even though those children were not staying in my room. She repeatedly called my room and then called my personal cell phone. When I called the front desk back to speak with her and explain that she had the wrong room, she never returned my call. I was disappointed that I was accused without anyone first verifying the facts. Overall, between the poor condition of the rooms and the way this situation was handled, I would not stay here again.

Overall, it was not a relaxing stay, and it did not meet the standard I expect from a hotel. Management needs to do a much better job with cleanliness, maintenance, and enforcing quiet hours so guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

The hotel was overall okay. It could use some updating. The walls were thin, you could hear every little noise. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Location. Light sockets did not work. No hot water from the shower. Room did not have drinking glasses.

A ton of people hanging out by the back entrance at night parting. Did not feel safe going to my car.

Everything Bit of noise

Not much to like. It smelled musty as soon as you walked in. It was dirty and not well kept. The gym was uninviting, old and dirty. The breakfast area was dirty. They allowed fellow patrons to yell, cuss and scream at eachother in the hallways in the middle of the night for hours.

The location was great, the staff friendly and courteous. Room was very clean. The toilet seat was way too small for a heavy person.

This was the 2nd time I stay here and was very pleased with my stay. The staff was great and very professional and nice. Plan on staying here each time I come here for a softball tournament. Location was perfect ballfield right down the street.

The staff was awesome!!! The first person I met was Sherry! She was an awesome way to start the check in process!!! It looks like they are doing updates! They had a gentleman who took care of all trash outside including all cigarette butts!! The beds were great!
