When i went online to order my room/make reservations I expect to get the exact room I paid for and if there is any problem with that then We should have the right for a refund or to reschedule the stay. I dont want no room thats not looking like a room iam paying for

The two bedroom villa was spacious, clean ,quite, and beautifully furnished I loved everything about this villia

The room was rather large and spacious. The bathroom with the shower in the jacuzzi tub was nice.

Acccommodations - the unit was very comfortable stocked with all the items we needed to cook, to do laundry etc. The barbecue was a bonus. Rooms were spacious. The check-in process that included the sales pitch to Holiday Inn Club Membership. Check-in was also very slow - we were the only people checking in. After we put down our card for incidentals, we were taken to another room to talk to someone to get the keys. It was a long 10 minute wait, and it turned out that the other person was selling us a presentation to listen to Holiday Inn Club Membership. She was not ready or efficient and took a long time to get herself set up. She was also kind of rude and gave wrong information. She told me different opening hours of Colonial Williamsburg - which I pointed out are different from what's posted on the website.

Soooo quiet. Rooms comfortable beautiful didn't have to fiddle with thermostat pools great could use more shady areas 10am check out too early and room was beautiful loved washer dryer and closet space but decor too fancy for small children

Nice, spacey and well stocked villa. My husband and I booked this hotel for our honeymoon and we will be 100% staying again in the future.

Villas are generously sized and equipped with almost everything you need Website advertised I paid breakfast,but no breakfast is served . Also people are walking just outside of your room and windows should be closed with curtains,otherwise you are totally exposed
