My first time staying there and my family loved it already playing a visit again next summer

I didn’t try the food but I loved that it had multiple pools and activities for the kids so we could really spend a whole day just here. There’s nothing I didn’t really like.

Loved the property but it’s a time share property and we couldn’t get our keys to our room without talking to someone. We were not interested and were in a rush to check in and head out. Didn’t like the fact we had to explain ourselves to get our keys and NOT feel pressured to sit and listen to a presentation. We also didn’t know we couldn’t get fresh towels that we had to wash our own due to having laundry facilities inside our room. We really only slept there and were busy out and about, not sure why it would cost $12 to get fresh towels. Would be nice to know ahead of time.

Quite and staff were friendly. Lots of amenities. The pool was fantastic and the property was well kept. The room had a funny odor it must have been a smoking room at one point. There was an ash tray on the balcony table

Everything No complaints

Location, cleanliness, amenities and atmosphere are all nice. It gives that colonial feeling. Some villas, MY villa was outdated. I literally hit my head on the handle to the freezer because I completely forgot what life was like when refrigeration had freezer handles. I am so use to the bottom freezer

The location was great and the property was very well taken care of and very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The blinds on window facing the back of the property did not close. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The location to water country The thermostat was broken! It was so damn hot in the room that we were not able to sleep.

The villas are beautiful.. though we had a fire alarm randomly need to be replaced at 830pm then the next night the garbage disposal kicked the bucket ? very nice tho The way check in has you go talk to the time share folks to get your room keys

The room we ultimately stayed in was very nice. The room we were initially given was not what pictures had represented. The advertisements for the property did not make clear that the beds in the second bedroom signature suites were twin beds. We would never have booked had it been made closer - we are 4 adults traveling together and the twin beds are tiny.

Exceptional condo! Very spacious and comfortable. The available activities at the property were exceptional! Multiple activities for everyone to enjoy. The location was wonderful and the staff friendly and helpful. We can’t think of anything we didn’t like about the property.

Kitchen, fpl, and lvg rm. Toddler height toilet and horrendously dangerous tub. In 4 days we received no maid service.

Everything was very nice
