The room was big bedroom separated from living room,, I like that there were free snacks and a complimentary breakfast with a pool The breakfast was lacking same thing put out everyday the room TVs was not updated and the channels where very limited no usb plug in and a hot tub would be nice

No ice machine on our floor. Bathroom did not appear to be professionally done.

Great place especially if you have children the pool was clean and warm. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The toilet tank was broken, so I had to open the lid to flush. When I found out, it was already after 9:30 pm. I decided to do it again instead of asking someone to come up and fix it, as I was already so tired. Then, after midnight, I found a bedbug. I was tempted to swtich a room, but I decided to bear it as I had to leave early. I shouldn't have decided to stay in the room. I reported all of these issues when I checked out. The hotel manager was supposed to contact me 3 days, but I haven't heard anything from them.

Clean room, great staff. One of the only places that hasn't given me the, "You booked through a third party so I can't give you a receipt" bs line. Will stay there next time I am in that area on business.

Staff, cleanliness and comfortable bed. No hot water. Reserved a king bed, got a queen. Air conditioner struggled to keep room cool.
