Very convenient location. Breakfast was... edible. Beds were hard. Pool was open.

We drove 2 1/2 hours home got to bed at 1:00 AM and had to leave at 6:30 to be back for the warm ups and play.

Friendly staff. Great price. Everything we needed was provided. Large bathroom a plus. Will stay there again when we are in the area.

I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers to Williamsburg. It's centrally located, clean and well staffed with a warm family atmosphere and attitude. The entire staff from front desk to housekeeping, maintenance and café went out of their way to make my father and I feel welcomed and comfortable.

Great place to stay! We stayed 2 days and both of those days the fire alarm went off due to issues with the stove. Also we had to ask for a shower curtain because there was not one in our bathroom. They had fresh fruit and muffins for you to grab any time as well as coffee. Breakfast was more than a continental. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Chose executive 2 queen room and was put in 320 which was a normal 2 queen room. Kinda bogus

Everything was excellent except the pool water could have been clearer.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom of the room I rented

However, we have stayed there three weeks in a row for work and had 3 rooms for our workers. Every morning breakfast was not ready at 6:30 am. We chose this location so our workers could have a hot breakfast in the mornings without having to eat fast food before they went to work. Most mornings it was so late our crews had to leave and go to McDonald’s and drive to jobsite and one day this week our supervisor was working with us and breakfast was not served until 8:15 am. Don’t offer breakfast if it’s not available

the property was lovely. Great pool and the breakfast was the best - the gentleman who prepared the breakfast was top notch! would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are very clean. Clean nicely updated bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Air-conditioned hallways are a plus. Breakfast was tasty, lots of options. It was a wait for several items to be replenished. The omelettes ran out and weren’t replenished, but were replaced with something else. Pancake machine was acting up. Lobby is oddly laid out and fairly uninviting as they turn the lights out in the breakfast area during non breakfast hours - so it’s just dark most of the day. But overall, I’d stay here again. It’s clean, comfortable and in a quiet location but easily accessible to shopping, attractions and the highway. Parking was free. (I was told that Holiday Inn’s are considering moving to paid parking. If they do, I probably wouldn’t select this hotel brand.)

Fast, easy, and friendly check-in. Nice clean and quiet room. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again!

The breakfast was not well supplied and overcrowded. The room was only partially made up and supplied on the only one day in a three-day stay.

The mattress was to soft . The bathroom had know ventilation. The property was dated.
