Staff was very nice Wallpaper in hallways were cover in dirt - peeling off the walls - sheets and pillows on bed were stained - the floor in our bathroom was so slippery I fell down twice - then the carpet outside of the bathroom was so wet it slacked through our socks - there was no hot water

Nice & clean It said I could check out anytime from 00:00 to 11:59 However at the hotel the staff member said , booking.com policies are different from the hotel policies. I booked for the sole reason that I didn’t have to wake up early but they made me extend my time and charged me an extra $27. Next time don’t false advertise.

I liked the location. Easy to get to and from where we were going in Buffalo and surrounding areas. From the first minute we walked in we were greeted by rude staff. Didn't tell us hello or welcome or how or where breakfast was located. We got to the room and it was really dark. Half the lights didnt work, tv didnt work, we just had a long travel day so we went to bed. Got up and went to "breakfast" after we found it. It was basically just hard boiled eggs and danishes. When we got back to the room later we opened the curtains and couldn't believe how dirty the room actually was. Our allergies were acting up and couldn't figure out why. There is mold all over the bathroom ceiling and shower. The bed you basically get lost in, no support at all. When I woke up that next morning the sheet had lifted up off the bed and when I went to fix it I saw how disgusting the mattress was. It looked like it was covered in blood. We packed up all our belongings and checked out. Will never stay here again. (I will add, we have stayed in one of the bigger suites before and while it wasnt perfect, it was nothing near as bad as this. We will not be back.

Nothing !!!!! Hated every minute of it! the three nights we stayed there was no hot water and basically told well. Most of the rooms don’t have hot water so I’ll give you 30% off. We’ll still see if they actually do that Almost everything ! No hot water horrible attitude from front desk staff. Room was never cleaned or turned over. When I told the front desk about the no hot water and dismal conditions of the room I was not offered anything but a rude well that’s all we got ! When asked about a refund they only offered a 30 percent discount . And they told me since I booked with booking.com I would have to contact the website about my refund. And once they knew I booked on line they treated me with more attitude and distain. I have stayed in 100s of hotels and I can saw without a doubt this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel in my life.

Nice hotel

Room keys stopped working multiple times , one night the hotel was left unattended all night , no security in the place at all . Was there for 6 days and the oven for breakfast didn’t work so it was only cereal and bagels and toast . Shower had black mold on the ceiling and jacuzzi tubs cold nob was broken . Had to switch rooms immediately when I checked in due to noisy a/c unit .

Was given a suite and it was lovely

Central location is good. Good value but dated interior and ridiculous “hot” breakfast (not hot, limited selection).

The gaudi Italian decor is great! Ths entire interior design really enlivened a legacy hotel. Too mamy other legacy hoels and motels in the States are a meas, cheaply done inside. Your hotel was bright and whitty. The staff and van driver were genuinly friendy and helpful. Wsll, the breakfast could have a bit more "depth" and quality. But, we inderstand the stove was beoken.

Exceptional

Free breakfast was weak with options. Mainly cereal, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, and store bought pastries.

Our room was clean except the floor - it appeared clean but felt soapy or oily to walk on. We had a difficult time locating a functioning ice machine. Because of an oven breakdown, there was no hot breakfast.
