Huge water leak in the bathroom that had definitely existed previously, started again in the morning while i was sleeping, drenched everything on the sink. Notified hospitality, they offered no discount on current or future stay. Cheap mattress, quiet ac at least.

My room was improperly cleaned they left some lady nasty underwear in my room and food in the fridge took the underwear up the the front desk and nothing was done no comp room nothing and I had to sleep on the little couch cause I found the underwear stuck between the mattress and the headboard. Definitely didn't sleep good

What I didn’t like is no coffee pot in the room no microwave, and I did not use the breakfast at all as wasn’t appealing Definitely would look a lot better when the renovations are done

In these "new" rooms, still being remodeled (not done), the pictures show the type of work they were doing. Around the shower soaps/shampoo, the caulk was terribly installed, the shower water was cold (as in no hot water at all) and the shower control knob was installed upside down and came off in your hand. The doors did not seal - light coming in and the curtains were not installed correctly and came apart and couldn't be put back together. We arranged for a 5:30 shuttle to take us to the airport and in the morning, there was no shuttle and our names were erased from the board. We barely made our flight due to this. We've requested a full refund, since NOTHING that the site indicates that have was there and it was quite disgusting throughout the rooms and hotel.

This is a very beautiful place to be. Interior and exterior is very nice.
-
Very old hotel with history in its details throughout the hotel. Outside of the hotel makes it look like it’s going to be a very cute inviting hotel but once you walk through the automatic doors it all goes down hill.

When we arrived, we were given a room that smelled of something burning; repairs were being made to the adjacent rooms. We requested a room change. The bathroom drain clogged, and water flooded out into the room. There was no microwave, and the refrigerator was very small. The best features were the beds and the location. The breakfast was very poor—poorly presented and low quality. You have to pay extra if you want something better.

Good experience

Very unique hotel.

The carpets are covered in stains, towels were frayed, wallpaper is falling off walls and held up by packaging tape. This hotel was once glorious in its hayday and they are trying to make improvements now. We believe that the facility has needed updates for some time (decades) and we hope that it returns back to its former and improved glory. Would we stay again? Most likely no unless the updates have been made.

3.5 star hotel in my opinion. I think with upgrades this could easily be a 4 star hotel

Room was clean and comfortable, hot tub was great.

This place was absolutely horrible, under new ownership this place has gone to hell. Paid 400 for a suite with a hot tub and we got to the room and it was completely stuffy, it was blowing hot air around, the ac did not work, the soap dispenser was empty, toilet was clogged and the place was disgustingly dirty. We went to the front desk and the employee was rude and didn't help with anything, was told maintenance was going to fix the ac which we were there for an hour and no one called or came to the room, we asked for a manager and the one employee said that he couldn't find her, we ended up having to book a new hotel last minute, went to check out and the manager was sitting there laughing and talking with the staff. Then acted surprised when we went to leave! Absolutely horrible experience and extremely unprofessional! Id give a zero if I could.

Staff was rude unpleasant and the bar people where amazing fun it was the front counter people who are rudest .unhelpful

Full disclosure-there is room renovation happening in the rooms all around mine. That was not disclosed before I made my non-refundable reservation. My room has very obviously not been renovated. The carpet was not clean. The curtains that covered the windows looking out to the public inside courtyard were partially hanging off the rod. There were no other windows and the only room lights were two low level lighting wall sconces, one on each side of the bed. No ceiling or lamp lights other than in the bathroom. The bathroom emitted a horrendous sewer stench. I kept the fan running continuously and kept the door closed to contain it. The tv reception was sketchy as the picture and sound would frequently freeze. The free breakfast was worth possibly $2. DO NOT rent a room for the breakfast amenity! The towels were threadbare. They do offer a free airport shuttle but don’t cut the timing close as I asked for a 11am pick up and it finally arrived at 11:30am.

It’s an old property and they’re trying to make upgrades. But the only reason I got a suite was for the jacuzzi. We were not able to use the jacuzzi. The faucet handle literally came off the tub due to non repair. Disappointing to say the least. Probably would not stay there again. Unfortunately because the place does have potential.

This place was not well maintained and looked very dirty. The rooms were old and not well kept. The pictures on the website are not up-to-date because the place did not look as presented. I do not recommend staying here.

Faulty door lock and key cards provided, poor quality bathroom. In general badly maintained and unhelpful staff.
