Property was filthy, garbage was over flowing, empty liquor bottles thrown on grass. AC was way to hot. Couldn't even stay one night.

The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The room was reasonably clean. There was a ton of storage throughout the suite - multiple closets. The bathroom sink did not drain at all so we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall so the curtain did not hang correctly and the shower remained half open while using it. There was paint spatter here and there that was not consequential but the place just did not look well kept. The breakfast was ok, but very sparse and not sufficient for the amount of guests at the property. The coffee, pancake mix, and yogurt bowl were continuously empty. None of them were large enough to reasonably last more than a few minutes. There was only one coffee carafe and many guests so it was not set up to serve the number of people staying there. One morning we left the breakfast and came back later as pretty much everything was empty and the lone staff member was not readily replenishing the supply.

Nice property. Very kind and helpful staff.

C’est un bon rapport qualité-prix. Toutefois, le service d’entretien ménager est réduit à sa plus simple expression. La cuisine des suites pour être un peu mieux équipée également.

I liked that the property is close proximity to the Burlington waterfront and airport. I also liked that there is a computer/printer available to guests. I needed to print a document when I arrived at the hotel so it came in handy! The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. It was a bit disappointing that the hot tub wasn’t working.

Easy off the highway access Parking difficult

All wasgreat- convenient to our convention center . Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices.

We enjoyed being in a "mini apartment" with lots of room! Breakfast was lovely, and staff was friendly.
-
The staff was helpful at checkin, but we arrived so late it was difficult to experience much at the hotel. No onsite food was available and only Domino’s delivered from nearby. The rooms were good and clean, but the bathroom was very worn and in need of upgrade.
-
Overall it was a nice and convenient place to stay, and the price was right.

The room was dirty (both basic cleaning, but mostly deep cleaning items), the toilet was clogged upon arrival, and the TV didn't work (and they had this information at the time of checkin and still put us in that room). After checking into the room and realizing the issues, I called the front desk and they said they hadn't been able to fix those issues yet and offered us another room, forcing us to pack up the entire room and move. Do not recommend

Location ans staff were helpful and nice. Suite size was fairly large and open Facilities were old and not maintained. It dint feel clean and did not feel fresh. They need to update altho the facility is real nice, everything was old and felt icky

The location was good for me The room was filthy rundown outdated cigarette burns an absolute dump. The exterior and the entire property was the same thing.

I arrived at 4pm for checking, I was told they can't find my reservation... after 20 min i was told they did find it but that someone else checked in at 1pm(what he hell??)... then after 20 min i was told they knock in my room and nobody answer (no idea why??, i had my reservation and ID in hand) after 45 min. i contacted expedia and they were able to fix the problem, i was given my room 1 hour late however, missing towels AC not working... i wont recommend anybody to stay here

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was a cockroach infestation in the room. We saw well over a dozen cockroaches throughout our stay. The bed was a queen instead of the king we booked. There were no pillows or blankets for the pull out couch and the staff couldn’t get us any. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The shower curtain rod was broken so the water didn’t stay in the shower. It felt very dirty and was an incredibly uncomfortable stay. Upon telling staff of the issues there was nothing they could do without a manager. We would have left immediately but we came in late with exhausted children and decided to sleep as best we could before leaving as early as possible the next morning. This was a terrible stay and we are incredibly disappointed.

Rooms were very dirty…stuff smeared on the walls and what appeared to be dense mold growth on the shower curtain. Interior room doors didn’t close. Pool was probably the highlight. Will pay a few extra dollars next time and stay elsewhere.

Was only there a short time but it was nice

The first room we checked into had not been swept or vacuumed. There was a half dead carpenter ant in the kitchen and a large winged bug flying around the bathroom. The second room seemed cleaner at first but had sugar ants all around the fireplace, beetles in the kitchen, the slider was smudged and dirty, the pull out couch had crumbs in and long the sides of it and under the mattress was a crushed Cutwater can. It was close to the edge and should have been noticed by someone making the bed. The staff were eager to right the wrongs by changing my room and then offering a full refund when we didn’t stay.

Advertise as in Burlington it is in Williston. Stuff falling off ceilings. Deck unclean. Screen destroyed. Should pay me security deposit to stay. Then arrived in our room after a planned function to find property manager sleeping in our bed.

Great lobby, rooms were a good size with good layout It wasn’t clean
