Great and affordable! Highly recommended for a budget! Kinda far from the attractions in LA but the public transportation like the buses and subway are great!

Very accommodating when we had asked if we can leave parking gate open later. Place was clean and pleasant. Cons: surrounding location wasn’t the greatest, kind of in a isolated location between Long Beach and LA. But still only a 14 minute from Long Beach. No fridges in room which made keeping food from going bad nearly impossible.

This is a lovely little property with very helpful staff. I especially appreciated the secure parking lot that was locked at night and the big desk in the room for working.

Room was clean, not thrilled about sink in room rather than in the bathroom (which is 1 bathroom between 2 rooms) and had no hot water.

Friendly staff, clean room, well-maintained facilities

The room was very clean and quite spacious. The staff was excellent. It's in an industrial area so it may appear sketchy. I stayed there the night before my cruise and was able to leave my car there until after the cruise for only $10 a day. It is definitely an older building but served its purpose. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for a festival, fantastic value for the hotel especially compared to some others in the area that were price gouging. Was a little unsure of the place given the listing photos and location but the hotel significantly exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff and clean rooms. was a little unsure going into this stay - they could update their online photos to match how nice the place actually is. Location is a bit out of the way but we came for a festival and never had issues getting Ubers.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The pictures online look nothing like the actual room. The headboard was ripped apart and covered with a piece of velvet fabric to hide the damage. Instead of a proper comforter, the bed only had sheets and a fuzzy blanket. The bathroom was just as bad—the shower wouldn’t switch over properly from the tub faucet, and it took forever just to get hot water. The TV was another disappointment. It only had antenna channels, most of which didn’t even come in. The few that did work weren’t even in English. Overall, the room was run down, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was advertised. I wouldn’t stay here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else.

It was incredibly clean and the staff was very accommodating to our party.

I typically don’t write reviews however, this hotel was completely disappointing. It smelled like urine thought the entirety of the place. The first two nights in the hotel the hot water did not work in the shower. After letting them know the first night they said that it would be fixed second night. It was still not fixed so the third night they moved us to a new room. The room was smaller marker was all over the floor. The faucet in the room did not work and the bathroom was outside of the room. The area was not a good area, gates close at a certain time so you cannot park inside after hours that was not posted anywhere on the description when booking it was absolutely not like anything the review said.

I liked being near the Water front. I didn't sleep well in the bed I had. I was itchy both nights I was there.

Nothing!!!! It was a very scary area and not safe at all. They said I couldn’t even go out to eat that I had to order Uber eats and outside of the door was a massive pool of blood. Obviously somebody had just been stabbed. I asked for a refund and they denied me. So I booked another hotel and got out of there and I tried to get my money back from Booking.com but just got the running around and I have dealt with them for years that the last time I will be using this booking service. This place was not safe at all. I was a single female by myself and felt very uneasy. I have not felt that unsafe and scared in a very long time. I lost my money for that and I had to pay almost 300 US to stay somewhere else that was safe. The reviews on here said it was a clean nice place to stay that is not true at all terrifying at best!!!!!

The neighborhood was very shady and in ill repair. The parking was available but inadequate and felt unsafe. The room floor felt a little slimy. The place works if you have to be there. We stayed and left unscathed but if you're used to a good or above rating, that's not the place to book.

It served our purpose after our backpacking trip, so I don’t have obvious complaints but the stay was not that comfortable. The property is located in an unattractive neighborhood. Could use more maintenance and cleaning. The staff was helpful.
