Courtyard by Marriott Wilmington Brandywine

Everyone was friendly and the room was clean.

My wife contracted Hot tub lung from hot tub and has now breathing issues

I do not recommend. Walked in and no one was at the desk. Finally about 20 minutes later, someone showed up. He was not professional at all. Got to our room and the stopper in the sink was stuck and could not be pulled up. Apparently, many rooms have this problem. Called the front desk and he promised he'd come up to fix it. Never did. Sink was absolutely gross. Asked for more towels... nope. Won't ever stay at this property again and I don't recommend it. Very poor quality for a Marriott property.

Location was good They could not find my reservation It was place under a differnt person , then the lady at the front gave me a room next to the elevator and the elevator was making a noise all night long if was very difficult to sleep with the noise . It was late and I did not notice the noise until I went to sleep .

Hot tub had no jets, the timer to control them did nothing. Large 4"+ paint chips floating in the hot tub. Apparently they painted and never bothered to clean up after themselves. Room was clean, staff was nice, hot tub was aweful.

It was one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. It was clean; staff were friendly, and only minor struggle we had was the pool room door needed to be opened by a person; not your room key. Just a bit unexpected. But the bed; comfy, the room clean, a very good stay!!!

Customer service was poor. Ran out of towels for the rooms. Broken doors etc

Room was clean, hot tub and in door pool were clean and open 7am to 9pm! The dining area is nice and clean but a bit over priced. Starbucks isn’t like the original just have hot coffee, latte and cold brew better off going to an actual one. Overall great hotel!

They double charged me and I had to fight to get adjustments Them overcharging me

The room needs to be cleaned better. Lots of hair on the bathroom floor and room was very dusty.

The breakfast counter actually produced high quality food and was reasonably priced.

The alarm kept flashing all night a small bright white light every 30 seconds

Although the pool and hot tub were both quite chilly, the kids didn't seem to care. Would definitely go back. The staff was really top notch.

Great room layout that accommodates my weird anxiety issues so close to perfectly. Will definitely keep you guys in mind for the next trip!

Staff was great at the front desk, both the gentleman that checked me in and out, and the young lady working at night. My room was clean and comfortable. I also had the pool to myself, and it was clean and well-maintained. I’d stay here again!
