Nice room, great breakfast. Very convenient to Talleyville, Concord and Chester. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by.

Breakfast and internet were good. Lobby seemed nice. We stayed in a handicap room at the end of the hall on first floor. There was no door on the bathroom just a curtain that had been rigged up. Seemed like the door was broken off and they just did a band aid fix. The room had a musty smell and our clothes felt damp the next morning. We had prepaid and just needed to rest and get driving again in the morning - otherwise I would have complained and left.

Clean, convenient and breakfast available.Will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was great. Room was nice and clean but the shower ceiling had what appeared to be mold. House cleaning staff did clean immediate area of concern.

No extra rolls of toilet paper and toilet paper not soft. Did not like sink location by door. One room had food residue on nightstand. So like coffeemaker in room

There was nothing to like.... we didn't get to stay at this hotel. Staff check in communication was very poor. Upon arrival I was told on their end I was only booked for 1 room when clearly I had reservations for 2 room. Check in wasn't being done throughly to see why was my booking only shows 1 room on their end but 2 rooms on my end. I had to cancel, that resorting us to book with a different hotel inorder to be accommodated with the 2 room that was requested. I was charged the payment for the services i didn't received and I'm still waiting to be refunded.

Location Dirty in the room! Floors not swept and hair all over the floors. Stains on the towels as well!! Front desk staff was more like a robot than a human. No personality and just acted and looked like they didn’t want to be there or take care of anyone!

Since we had a sleepless night at our home the night before we asked for a noon checkout. That way we could sleep in, then check on the status our electricity in case we needed to stay an additional night. The guy at the desk told us he was not authorized to gramt a late check out, and we needed to check with the front desk in the morning. This made ZERO sense to me, sincethe whole purpose of the request was to enable us to sllep in - not to wake up early to see if we could sleep in. The hotel was less than 1/3 full. So we checked out by the scheduled time. (11:00). It turns out our power was still out. We checked in to the nearby Courtyard by Marriott instead. I asked them for a noon checkout, and the happily accomadated my request.

some rooms have the flashing fire alarm a short distance from over the bed. Can be irritating.
