Exceptional

The breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. The room was comfortable and the hotel was in a good location for where we wanted to go. too many stairs to get to our room. Its a pain when carrying your bags.

The staff was excellent. The room was unclean. As I entered the room I noticed the floor was very sticky and there was a film on the counter tops that made it seem like someone had wiped them with a dirty cloth. The sheets were so wrinkled that I wondered whether they had been changed. Then I entered the bathroom and found soap wrapping paper and fruit seeds on the floor near the toilet. I thought perhaps the person who mopped the floor had missed those spots. I then lifted the toilet seat and found hair under the seat. So that was it for me. Had to leave. I couldn't trust the room had been cleaned at all. The staff at the fron desk was wonderful and undertanding. Apologized for the room and offered to switch me to another room. He did not give me a hard time when I said that I just wanted to cancel my reservation and leave.

The room, bed and breakfast were very nice. : )

Room was clean. Air conditioning was set too low. Very cool.

Good stopover for a night. Property was tired and one bed was damaged.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was okay ish. Overall the expectations of the room did not meet the price of the room, which was low.

I wasn't impressed with the layout of the room, as I had to hang my dresses in the open on top of where I placed my suitcase. There was only one drawer for clothing. I could hear toilets flushing all night long and my bed squeaked to the point of annoyance. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast. Okay place to stay. Great deal on the room!

The room was clean and comfortable. No TV service, low pressure of water. The staff only provided 15% of credit. Unacceptable, will not come here anymore.
