The room was clean but smelled like fried chicken.
-
Older hotel. Not that well maintained. Bathtubs super slippery. Had to hold on as to not fall. Door to room has very hard to open and close.
-
When I arrived in my room, it smelled funky. The refrigerator wasn't cleaned from the previous guest, the toilet barely flushed and the room was outdated. The staff was friendly, but I will not be staying here again. You also had to pay for breakfast.

The front desk staff were extremely professional and the room was fine. No issues experienced and I would recommend this hotel

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, close to downtown. Bad lighting outside our room (212).
-
There was a spot on the sheet. Staff removed the sheet and apologized for the small problem.

As I have stayed at this property several times, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The room was ok but the bathroom toilet seat was horrible. It looked like someone had either taken a knife and tore pieces off or it was just badly in need or replacement. I always clean when I go into a room for my own calmness but there was no cleaning that would make me sit on that toilet. For such a well known hotel, they really need to do better. I would not recommend this hotel whatsoever and will not be coming back to stay. I will add that Natalia at the front desk was very lovely and helpful. She offered to move us but we were so exhausted from our trip that we said we would just deal with it. She did provide breakfast vouchers for us. I'm glad she did because the breakfast was not the best either. I wouldn't have paid the price for it on my own. Also, the a/c was much to be desired. The floor we were own just felt humid. Overall, bad experience.

The property was very dirty and run down; hallways, elevators. Room ac was very loud and didn’t cool consistently. Very loud people in next door room til 3am. Not sure what clientele was in the room. Our room had a very distinct smell the first night… clean enough but smelled like a car air freshener. If I hadn’t already paid I would’ve looked for a new place to stay for our second night.

It was a great stay.

This was very relaxing

clean room, excellent staff

One of the main reasons why we stayed there was that the website said there was an indoor pool. Well, we got there to find out there was no pool. The water pressure in our room was nonexistent. We also found that the restaurant prices were outrageous so we ended up not eating there. Other than that, it was good. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do.

Lobby is lovely but that’s where it stops. Restaurant is dark and tables were gross and sticky. Chairs felt like they were going to collapse. Lack of friendly service in the restaurant. We changed our mind and left before ordering. Carpet in hallways is dirty. Ceilings falling apart. Room: We had to literally hip check the door to get it to open. Again dirty, gross carpet. Washroom ceiling is falling apart. Very thin walls and neighbouring room had the tv on all night and we could clearly hear it. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean so that was something. I would not stay again.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection.

Renovation s are not going well
-
My one and only issue were the pillows. The pillows always suck in hotels.
-
This is my go to hotel honestly. Whenever I need a night away. Rooms always comfortable clean and well-maintained.
-
The ac was off in the hallways, elevator and main elevator area it was pretty rough because it was 95 outside. Would have been good to disclose this

Nothing Need to clean the rooms and the bathrooms
