Hampton Inn Wilmington-Medical Park

The property was maintained very well, coffee counter was always filled with coffee counters free of debris. Rooms were clean, the inconvenience we experienced was the system was down and we couldn’t check in for hours. The desk clerks were apologetic and worked diligently to manually check the client in.

Check in was easy. The room was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of parking. My family enjoyed the breakfast. We've tried other hotels, but are always confident that Hampton Inn will provide us with a safe, clean stay.

I was a little surprised that being a pet friendly hotel that there were not special rooms for people with pets. I am allergic to dogs/cats and all rooms are pet friendly. It affected me.

This hotel is top notch. Very clean and very accommodating. The staff is super friendly. Great rooms and a great breakfast.

Everything was wonderful except the pool was cloudy and dirty. I did not get in it and that was one of the main reasons I choose this hotel.

Overall, the room was okay, and the location was great. However, there was a lot of dust on the furniture, and the floor was very dirty—our socks turned black from walking on it. It didn't seem like the floor had been cleaned in quite some time. The breakfast was also very limited and disappointing

I’ve stayed at the Hampton before. Everything was fine except the bathroom sink. There was something down the drain causing the water to drain very slowly.

Parking can get busy but the lot feels safe. Room was very spacious.

Clean,spacious room. Lumpy mattress. So so breakfast. Very convenient to hospital.

Did not appreciate having dogs on the property. Especially in the dining area. It was observed a German shepherd in the area sniffing the coffee area as well as food dropping on the floor. This is very unacceptable and I’ve made the decision not to return to this property.

Everything was good. Tv remote would not work. Got new remote from front desk also didn’t work. Front desk said they would send maintenance up in about 10 minutes. Maintenance person did not show up due to also being the bartender.

It was a nice experience for the family, found some kinda bugs in the towels but other then that it was a decent stay.

Outdoor pool area was very nice
