The location was great, easy access to Carolina, Kure & Wrightville beaches. Near a mall, Walmart and several grocery stores, as well as a movie theater. The staff was very professional, friendly and inviting. This was our first time visiting and we'll surely be returning and staying at this location. The breakfast was quite delicious and a large variety.

Everything was great. We liked our room had refrigerator, microwave, dishes felt right at home.

The breakfast was great, except when the food truck missed a delivery. The rooms were great, except the sheets, blanket, and pillows were missing for the hide-a-bed. The staff were pleasant and very helpful in resolving the issues. We requested joining rooms, which was assured but not successful (we were placed on two different floors). Missing sheets, blanket, and pillows for the hide-a-bed. Reduced options on the two days the food delivery truck didn't make it.

Very courteous staff and front desk employee.During our stay, I requested a room exchange, due to the noise that was permeating above. Desk Staff was very accommodating.The desk staff issued us a different, room exchange within 2 hours. We were so pleased with the the timely adjustment so that we could continue with our plans for the day.

The hotel is nice clean and the beds were comfortable. Had issues with the thermostat but we fixed it. The breakfast buffet is good. Waffles eggs bacon sausage bagels biscuits and more. Coffee offered all day and delicious. We will stay again.

Tremendous customer service! Amazing breakfast spread and fantastic attendant working the breakfast. She was amazing! Wish we could have stayed one more night!

1 bed Queen Suite was roomy and arranged well. Kitchen had all the basics you need. I liked the full size fridge and microwave instead of the typical dorm size appliances many other hotels offer. The room was also very clean.

Hotel looked new. The breakfast was above average. They had the traditional items but the small things put it over the top (cheese tray, fresh fruit toppings for the waffles). Shower water pressure was amazing!
