I would recommend staying here five stars all around. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's clean and has good amenities. I will definitely stay again.

The Stafford was very friendly and helpful. Hotel conditions were excellent. We love it! The location was a little questionable.

Good but could be cleaned sheets better

All staff members did exceptionally well from the front desk receptionist to housekeeping even to Cook did a great job and making me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this day to anyone. Special things to Bri forever we clean up a misunderstanding made on my behalf. I will definitely stay here again.

The friendly staff. The room I got was huge… The crowd around the hotel.. The homeless people and there is a detox clinic right beside the hotel. Also the property needs a little touch up in cleaning in the elevators and the carpet was dirty in the hallways.. Entering the room in the bathroom area we saw hairs in the towels and on the floor and shower… I did mention it to the desk clerk about it but that was it… We were on second floor and the neighbors above must of had babies or kids because we heard jumping and running around in the room. There wasn’t much option for breakfast we got the same thing we got on Sat breakfast for Sunday too which was potatoes, bacon, turkey sausage, pork sausage and folded egg white, then the other things, No sausage gravy, not boiled eggs and no salsa for an added condiment.. just hot sauce and ketchup… But overall it was an ok stay…

It was so clean and fresh I loved everything.

The staff was able to get us a room, but said the room we ordered was not yet ready. I gladly accepted the room that was available. We were provided a room on the 2nd floor, at the end of the hallway. The corridor exit/entrance door on the 1st floor would not read our room key card. I addressed this with the staff and was informed the door card reader battery was bad, and the replacement had been on order for a number of days. I was not pleased having to provide a $50 deposit for incidentals. There was nothing in the room in which to buy. I was told the $50 charge was due to the high rate of pilferage from the snack purchase area, directly next to the hotel check-in desk. If I really looked like a thief, the clerk should have just said so, and I would have eased their worries and gone to another hotel. The indoor pool was horrible. The water was cloudy, full of algae, and not ready for swimmers. I have a home in-ground pool, and am well aware of how to care for a pool. The room bathroom shower dispensers (all three) were completely empty. I did not inform the staff. I travel with my personal supply of soap and shampoo. The tub drain stopper had been removed and found on the floor. I did find the breakfast very adequate, but the coffee service was a big bottleneck, as it was a single cup brew which took a few minutes for each guest.

I loved the inside pool and the breakfast was amazing, more than just pancakes and cereal. Parking was almost completely taken up when I got back from sightseeing, but everything else was amazing.

Perfect for our 2 day stay.

The service, the place, the room, the breakfast everything was excellent. The bad thing is that we stayed 3 days and they never came to clean the room. They only change your towels. I paid for 6 people and they only gave us 3 towels if we wanted more we had to use them and take the 3 dirty ones so that they give us 3 more for the other 3 people. In addition, in the app it told me that they were going to charge me money and at the hotel they charged me $50 more

It was all good! No complaints!

The breakfast area was clean and well taken care of food was just nasty. The swimming pool was a disappointment. The water didn't appear to be as clean as it could have been. Sand at the bottom of the pool and it was freezing cold. There was no way the heater was working properly. Not being able to use the pool due to cleanliness and temperature traveling with a 6 year old was expecting to spend a lot of time to wind down at the pool. The pool room was very sad.. limited towels and chairs.

Almost everything Bathroom had mold all around the shower

We got to the hotel and they didnt have a room after we booked two months in advance. The hotel staff were very much helpful with trying to accommodate us. They offered us the only room available which had a leaky ac wall unit. Which at the moment was ok due to the fact we had an event to attend. They called the maintenance guy who attempted to fix it. When we returned back to the room after our event the room smelled terrible. It smelled like mold or mildew to the point my friend began throwing up. So we gathered our things and left.

The room was clean the beds are very comfortable. Brianna was fantastic, other than that everyone else that worked there was awful and mean. We had to turn the water off for the toilet not to flood the bathroom and manually flush after using the bathroom, they would not discount that inconvenience. I will never go back
