Nice variety offered for breakfast. Great coffee.

Parking was nice and easy. Pretty clean except the fitted sheet felt like it had sand on it. I put the bedspread back and slept on a blanket I had brought down and under a blanket I took; fearing the sheets had not been truly changed. My check in was not great. Check in wasn’t until 4:00pm so we were told to wait two hours in the lobby. Another couple came in and were checked in in just a few minutes. I ask what was the problem with my room and they told me it had not been cleaned yet. A lady that appeared to be the manager walked up looked at the computer and told her it was ready and I got to check in. The front ck in lady was friendly just uninformed by cleaning staff. The fourth floor cleaning lady was very sharp and spoked to me very rudely when I needed clean towels. I had brought our ones we had used to her and my bagged trash in the hall because I didn’t want to have my room cleaned after just the first night. After that I cleaned my own room for the remainder of my five night stay. I didn’t trust her in my room after her anger display. All the other cleaning staff on first floor were very friendly when I passed through the lobby. The pool was not fresh and clean. I would not recommend this hotel!

Great stay. Room was very spacious for the kiddos. The breakfast was a big hit the kids loved the pancakes. Great location.

It is situated well from beaches, the River walk, the USS North Carolina, and interstates

The hallways were extremley warm and humid. I understand it's not a space that needs to be fridgid, but it is a common space and a cofortable temp would be nice for guests. Room was alright. AC was cold, which is welcoming for a hot summer visit. The bathroom was average and the shower was poor with signs of "black" around the edges of the shower basin and corners of the basin. Seems like a little scrubbing and bleach would resolve this. Right across street was a homeless camp. Didn't feel unsafe, but still a little scetchy when leaving your car parked in the lot. Breakfast buffet was decent. Those stupid conveyor pancake maker machine are so problematic (not the hotel/facility fault)... just replace with those waffles makers. the machine was having issues 2 out of the 4 mornings we were there. Selection was good for hot food. Biscuits & Gravy, Cheese Omelets, Potato, Bacon/Sausage, Oatmeal, Cereal, Breads, Juices. Would we stay again, potentially. No EV Chargers on site. Would be great if the hotel would add two Level 2 chargers for guests...huge perk and draw with those.

Front desk was extremely helpful, breakfast was amazing. Clean room. Exactly what we needed.

Property was dirty the blankets smelled had large stains on them the pool was dirty biscuits were burned overall not worth the money at all. I will never stay at this property again.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were just a few steps away from the elevators, which was very convenient. They served breakfast every morning, which was a big plus since we were traveling with kids who wake up hungry. Overall, we had a great stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was completely inflexible when we arrived 20 minutes early and needed to get ready for a wedding. When we returned that evening, there where no parking places available and we had to park a distance away in the street

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Clean. Good size rooms. Yummy breakfast buffet. Excellent coffee bar! Only complaint is they won't let you check in before 4:00pm but they do state that on their website so it wasn't really a surprise. Will stay there again if we are in that area.

Love the ease of check-in. The cleanliness of the hotel and grounds. The staff were smiling pleasant, and helpful. This is my second time staying here and I’ll stay again.
