Property in rough shape, although the room was better than the outside appearance. Bare bones and worth the price

The room was very clean and nice, parking was acceptable to my room. Many businesses were in the area.

Staff was nice. Room alright needs better cleaning staff. Pool was closed and not usable. No other amenities.

Room telephone didn't work, have to go every time have a question or concern to the front desk! Ice machine (two of them), do not work - and management says, "the technician didn't come today". It shows that they have been like that for a LONG TIME! The shower curtain was broken from one side. The shower curtain bar was glued from one side. The TV remote control did not work! No breakfast available. Manager tries very hard to be kind and gentle, but can't cover all failures in property with lies!!

OF ALL THE ROOMS, NONE OF THE ICE MACHINES WERE WORKING.

Tv and AC didn’t work. The floor was disgustingly dirty. The fire alarm was broken off and in a drawer. Bugs everywhere! The parking lot had puke all over the and random people walking around. We did not feel safe and will not stay here again.

Manager & staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Pool was great. Only downfall was no breakfast provided. Only coffee, juice & tea. Will definitely go back.

The room smell like mildew. There was hair all in the shower not cleaned we told them they said they came back in the next morning to clean and only thing they fixed was the bed still never cleaned the shower. Light fixtures in room were missing screws we told them the light probably would fall off the walls. The pool was very cloudy and kids were swimming in nasty water

I didn't like that they allow pets because of allergies.

While the staff was very kind and sweet, the room itself was not up to standard. It smelled of mildew and it has clearly not been upgraded or well cleaned in a long time. Majority of the things in our room were broken as well.

The guests next door were loud and rude. That was not the property managers fault.
