The staff are wonderful. The pool was good and it’s a quiet nice place.

It was quiet, it was clean. The bed was comfortable enough. Plenty of hot water. The front door wouldn’t lock but I was too tired to deal with it. I flipped the secondary latch for the night. The comforter was worn and torn. Not annoying just a surprise.

Room telephone didn't work, have to go every time have a question or concern to the front desk! Ice machine (two of them), do not work - and management says, "the technician didn't come today". It shows that they have been like that for a LONG TIME! The shower curtain was broken from one side. The shower curtain bar was glued from one side. The TV remote control did not work! No breakfast available. Manager tries very hard to be kind and gentle, but can't cover all failures in property with lies!!

The room was nice, everything was clean and as expected. Great location, except for the homeless people hanging around the parking lot. Didn't get to check out the pool but it looked nice. The night time host at the front counter told us we couldn't have more than 4 towels total for our entire stay.. We had 3 people and we are at the beach. We used one to wipe our feet on as we walked in the room and then another to use as a bath mat in front of the tub, so having 2 towels for 3 people was not ideal. Then we asked for more pillows because the pillows were small and flat, and the lady said they don't keep any and that housekeeping takes care of that and we would've had to request them ahead of time. The bed was very uncomfortable and made noises every time you moved. Also the ice machines were broken and we had to go buy ice twice.
