It was fast staying but it worked perfectly

The room smell like mildew. There was hair all in the shower not cleaned we told them they said they came back in the next morning to clean and only thing they fixed was the bed still never cleaned the shower. Light fixtures in room were missing screws we told them the light probably would fall off the walls. The pool was very cloudy and kids were swimming in nasty water

I didn't like that they allow pets because of allergies.

While the staff was very kind and sweet, the room itself was not up to standard. It smelled of mildew and it has clearly not been upgraded or well cleaned in a long time. Majority of the things in our room were broken as well.

The guests next door were loud and rude. That was not the property managers fault.

Staff so very friendly. Housekeeping service very good. Pool was nice.

Check out was just as easy.

Not bad not amazing

Everything was excellent, the staff was very friendly…

Per usual I always stay here when I come up to Wilmington for the Cape Fear Rugby tournament. The staff is always friendly and tries to accommodate as best as they can. The room was clean, the beds were firm but comfortable and the pillows were extra soft. A little mold in the shower tiles, I understand it can happen. But a little extra cleaning will fix it right up.

Not clean as I expected

BUT there seems to be people living there or staying for an extended time that tend to seat outside by their rooms and have loud conversations with their “neighbors”. This happened during the night (late) and early in the morning.

The staff were very accommodating.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. A lot of people enjoyed the pool. There were some stains on the floor. Not all the ice machines worked. The property could be updated.

They took pets for free I was made to purchase 2 separate rooms to able to stay there.

Aside from that, the hotel itself did not make a good impression. The place felt dirty, the amenities were very basic, and there was nothing special or memorable about the stay. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The front desk help was wonderful. Good people with pleasant greetings and services.

Horrible experience. Room was gross. Canceled my stay for Friday night.
