It was comfortable and I slept well.

The bathroom was not clean the toilet was dirty and refrigerator had hair in it I had to clean both

There was a grace period of 30 minutes for checkout. There was always a staff member when I went. The staff was very reluctant to give me enough towels for just my guest. The room was pretty dirty, I did not feel comfortable touching the shower floor, and the blankets were stained. There were men hanging around outside at all times during our stay, possibly workers, but constantly.

The room had not been cleaned; there were other people's belongings—including a dress—left in the drawers. The bedding was clean but unironed. The refrigerator was not working, and there was no iron or hairdryer. For a room intended for four people, we were provided with only two bath towels; when we requested two more, we were told that we would have to return the original ones. The quality did not justify the price.

It a good location It was all dirty

The only thing that was semi-decent was the location of the hotel. An amazing Italian place shares the same parking lot and it was only 20 or so minutes from the beach. Otherwise, awful experience. Everything could have been better. An 85 cleanliness score? Please. This place was a sorry excuse for a hotel and I will never bring my family back here. Especially not my daughter. I feel like my one year old deserved so much better. The mattresses were heavily stained and faculty were horrendus to communicate with. Our keys kept demagnitizing. We'd come back from a long day at the beach, go to the second floor to our room only to find out our keys didnt work. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention, the first night we stayed there, the front lobby door was shot. The clerk told us it was the wind but Im pretty sure the wind doesn't create bullet holes. There is a reason this place has nothing better than 2 star reviews. Honestly, will never, NEVER, stay there again. If I could give no stars I would.

Location. Microwave and refrigerator worked. TV offered many channels. WiFi worked most of the time. HVAC worked. Floor was filthy. I understand this is an older facility, but much can be updated to improve the overall appearance. Noise from neighboring room caused me to ask them to quiet down. More should be offered in regard to breakfast other than coffee, especially for those who are not coffee drinkers plus a coffee machine was in the room.

They tried to keep my security deposit after leaving the room exactly as I found it. Shady. I had to contact my bank to get my deposit back. Do not stay here.

Overall it was run down. Ceiling had paint and mold. Toilet wouldn't flush. Faucet was not running water correctly and splashed everywhere. Bed had dried white stuff all over it. We had to sleep in our clothes with the sheets removed. Door didn't latch correctly either and felt un safe. When we arrived, staff said our booking through Booking.com was not correct and almost turned us away also.

The hotel staff was nice and the water was hot The floors were dirty corners were dirty and sticky. The outlets were sticky. The light switches were yellow, and dirty. Beds were hard pillows were hard.
