It was perfect for a family vacation, hotel was very nice, room were a great size. The pool area was amazing. Will definitely go back

We loved our breakfast burrito at the restaurant, it was amazing! The room was clean and comfortable.

The pool and gym were very nice! Breakfast was good but was so disappointed that they had a bar without liquor license. Room was clean but it wasn’t at our checkout time yet and the cleaning staff kept rushing us while we were trying to leave 1 hour before check out time.

Nice hotel but not letting us checkin before 3 on a Sunday?? No excuses, hire more people. Very good location

Good god

The AC in the room was loud. There were not enough places to hang wet towels in the room. The pool was warm but needed a cleaning for sure. The staff were nice and the golf thing was fun.

Loved this property! The pool area was great. The cabanas however could stand a little cleaning. The cushions were a bit stained and needed washing. Everything thing else was wonderful. I would come back.

The only thing I noticed was low water pressure

Property had a sophisticated design. Very pleasant and soothing surroundings. Staff from desk staff to the cleaning staff were very friendly, professional and inviting. Enjoyed my stay immensely. Some of the single chairs in the lobby were nice to look at but difficult to sit and be comfortable in ( the rattan chairs)

The only reason I did not give 5 stars all around is the location…everything else was great! It’s not far from most places but if you are looking for the best location this isn’t a good fit. However, for the price and amenities this is a great spot to go with friends, sit pool side, have golf and basketball simulator area. Just a diamond in the rough so to speak.

We were very disappointed in the fact that we could not get into our hotel room at check-in time of 3:00. The hotel was experiencing a major system issue and we had to wait about 4 1/2 hours before getting to check-in. At such time, the front desk attendant escorted me to the room only to find out someone was already in the room. So, as we headed back to the front desk, instead of finding me another room, she proceeded to wait on 4 more customers while I stood there. A major corporation such as Hilton should have a better contingency plan in place to assist their customers. Also, since we could not get in at the time of check-in, the hotel should reimburse me for the hours I could not use my room. So the way I figure I should get a reimbursement of about $75.00. There was little to no remorse about the situation from the staff. Not the best experience.
