The hotel is beautiful and, modern. The restaurant staff was amazing and, front desk was welcoming. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Location is great off Market Street.

Overall it was great experience. Easy to get to the beach. Staff was amazing and so accommodating. I would stay here again!!!

I loved my stay here. I had just had surgery and I was able to heal in peace. I was able to get food at the restaurant which was super convenient. The cleaning staff, the front desk, and the restaurant workers were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for more.

The gym was not well maintained. The gym floor was dirty, there weren't any wipes. I complained and someone came in the gym and mopped but they didn't do a good job. Housekeeping doesn't make the beds or clean the rooms during the stay. They just offer you towels, so your garbage can build up. Rooms were nice and pretty clean on arrival.

We enjoyed our stay here. Location was good. Didn't feel like the safest area of town but it was close to lots of things (target, food etc). Hotel lobby was modern and the staff was very helpful and friendly at check in! The room was good. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The only negative thing was the pool area was a mess. We went two days in a row to the pool just after lunch time. There were no clean pool towels both days! Dirty towel bin was overflowing both days as well as the garbage. The pool is shared with the Tru hotel and it was packed. Kids everywhere doing whatever they wanted. Never saw a hotel staff cleaning or restocking anything our entire stay. In fact on the first day a group spilled yellow icing from their cake all over the floor inside the entrance to the pool. When we went back the next day it was all still there! Sand all over the bottom of the pool, and the pool beds/chairs were filthy. Probably wouldn't stay here again. Would find something a little nicer, closer to the beach. It's too bad because the room itself was good and the staff were nice.

Very clean room and pool. Air conditioning worked well. Comfortable nights sleep with fluffy bedding. We would consider a future stay here!

Our stay was excellent . The room was exactly what we hoped for . The staff was very helpful and courteous in every aspect of our stay . I highly recommend anyone staying there . I don't think I have ever had such a great experience before !!

Front Staff are extremely helpful. The rooms are roomier than I expected. There's not enough hooks for towels in the bathroom. The pillow looked full and fluffy but after you sleep on it, it becomes flat and it hurt my neck. I love the shower faucet that's opposite side of the shower head. We ate breakfast at hotel restaurant it was good but the coffee was not served with correct temp. Theres a sport simulator. The kids had a great time at the pool. Overall, the hotel is good, convenient location and easy to get to. I would stay again but will probably ask for extra pillows.

Amazing place to stay

Cockroach in the room, they didn’t even have orange juice when we went to go get breakfast… Wifi did not work in room and we booked a month in advance.

Don’t expect to check in on time. Bed is super uncomfortable, makes a lot of noise with the springs and is super sunk in. I woke up in so much back pain. Floors were sticky, place smelled like dirty mop water. There was a random electrical hole in our wall in the room. They didn’t even have a toilet paper holder. The pool was the nicest thing they offered, but it’s shared with the connecting hotel, which might’ve been the better option for stay…

Wilmington is a beautiful town I spent my childhood here, but growth in the town including LeLa Hotel is exceptional. The elevated hotel experience is great for families, couples or business trip. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only small things closet has hangers but no bar to hang on. No microwave in room you have to walk to Tru Hotel But we lived the pool, siitting areas throughout and friendliness of staff.
