Really nice hotel an amazing pool staff was really nice

I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

I was a little disturbed/grossed out going to the pool area and all of the cushions look like they need to be cleaned like a real deep clean. Other than that I had a great stay,

Excellent place to stay

I am a big bed and bedding guy. The bed was decent but not top 10. The feather pillows evaporated like clouds and were too until or worn to be supportive. The foam bases were better.

Everyone who worked at the front desk from our initial visit to the last was nothing but polite and helpful. The room was exactly what we needed and had all the amenities to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast bar had some diverse options too which we heavily enjoyed. The pool was perfect for us to enjoy with our little one who really loved his time in the water. One of the nights we decided to not go out for dinner cause of the storm and instead ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel and everything we had was delicious. We will definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The king bed room was small nice stay if you 1 or 2 nights two weeks was too much

We were there four nights and the room wasn’t cleaned once! No changing of the sheets, we had to asked for clean towels. The staff were extremely nice and the property was clean.

The hotel itself is comfortable and the rooms are good, though a few things could use attention: the shade in our room was broken, the pool needed cleaning during our stay, and the coffee left something to be desired. That said, the staff, the location, and the pool keep us coming back. We would absolutely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff from the time we checked in to the time we left was so attentive and so nice. The room was clean and so was the property. We had no issues the whole stay.

There was the same trash in the hallways from the time we checked in until we left. The pool area, which is why we booked this property, was in disarray due to the lack of people taking care of the public areas. Dirty pool towels piled up, trash in the common area, and a very dirty pool were enough for us to leave early. Breakfast was decent, but again understaffed which caused multiple issues during breakfast service. I am normally a Marriott customer, but thought I’d give Hilton a try. Unfortunately, this property did not sway my opinion and I will continue to favor Marriott brands. Pay close attention to the cancellation policy. They do not waiver when a customer is unsatisfied and decides to leave early. When the policy states “MAY” forfeit the remaining balance, it means you WILL forfeit your remaining nights. Customer service, by corporate, is apparently not their concern.
