Tru by Hilton Wilmington

We liked the pool and hangout area in the lobby

Superb

Very excellent stay. Totally recommend!

Great room, staff was great and breakfast was great.

However, we found blood stains on the underside of the blanket. This was unacceptable. We will probably not stay at another Tru again.

Was there because we lost home due to fire. On the 8th day came back to find they had gave ire room away the next day. So we had to find another place. And cushions around pool area were dirty. Which made it look bad

Central location friendly staff good choice

Very good

Clean room everything was perfect from beginning to the end of our stay

Room was clean, but water pressure at 3rd floor was weak and slow. Noisy from 4th floor, woke you up at 6am. The location of hotel is a bit to get in or out to main road. Other than that, staff was helpful.

Very clean property and close to town and airport. Several good restaurants within 10 minutes of hotel. Rooms were comfortable with nice showers and towels . Wall mounted toiletries.

The room itself was clean. The bathroom was clean. The beds were comfy and also clean. There were many roaches on the exterior of the building and an itty bitty roach under the work desk.

Very good

ok

While the pool area is awesome, the sitting areas need some cleaning.

Always clean and in a great location No coffee in the room

The room was very clean. Beds very comfortable. The pool and outdoor area was awesome. Lots of things for people to do on property. Would recommend.

It would be perfect for a night or Two, but would probably not be as great for a longer stay. The rooms are small and no dresser to store your clothing. The public spaces have amenities that are great: pool table, ping pong, corn hole. Staff were always super kind and conversational.
