Second time staying at this property and its affordable and very well kept.

The last straw was when we left the hotel and came back to find that the lock on our door malfunctioned. Our dog was trapped inside for over an hour while hotel staff took the lock apart because they don’t have an emergency override or a physical key in cases like these. Our dog could hear people outside trying to get in and was so scared. To top it off the maintenance person had the audacity to be irritated that our dog was barking. They offered zero compensation and the hotel manager didn’t even bother to apologize. The best part? They moved us to a king room for the duration of the stay. Apparently they were NOT fully booked like they claimed. Don’t waste your money to stay at this hotel, it’s a joke.

very clean and basic. Thats all i needed. Great location, great little breakfast which fit my needs. No coffee maker or microwave in room, but does have a fridge and little sink area to store your own items. Their is coffee in lobby and a microwave for all to use. I stayed for two night to visit my daughter at college and it was perfect.

Pleasant 4 day stay. Staff was extremely nice and helpful!!! Room was clean. I felt comfortable and safe!! Breakfast bar was fresh and clean. Dog friendly was a plus for me!!! I recommend Sparks it was affordable, clean, friendly staff and security cameras in every corner!

Everything was good and great location for the beach. I wish there was a microwave in the room.

The front desk staff were courteous helpful with check-in. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The parking was easy to navigate. The property was well maintained & safe. The Continental breakfast was well stocked.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful rooms, good pool, helpful and friendly staff. And they welcomed my dog.

I truly enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect for everything I needed to do, and the staff was wonderful. My room was spotless, which I appreciated. The only small inconvenience was that the hotel entrance and parking could be a bit tricky to navigate, but overall, it was a lovely experience.

Nice, spacious, clean room. Nice to have hard floors vs. carpet. Only downside was that we could hear everything from neighboring rooms.

The outside was ok the inside rooms were updated but not bathroom which needs updating. Not super clean but was not filthy. Wouldn’t rate an 8.2
