I was not aware that there would be $12 per day charge for parking. Nor was there a disclosure of it being $100 incidentals fee even though it was refunded. My husband wanted to pay cash and was told his card would not be billed it would just be the card on file. His card was billed instead. Did not like how easily none registered guest could enter the facility and get on the floor where paying guests were residing.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff were very nice and welcoming.

Property was very clean and the room was spacious. Very convenient location- less than 15 minutes to the beach and less than 15 minutes to the historic downtown area. Would absolutely stay here again.

TV & wifi were difficult to navigate but everything else was great!

I paid for breakfast to be included out of convenience. They are extremely short staffed, so Breakfast was not available. The pool was cold and not heated and no towels were available for guest. The soap dispensers in the shower were not functioning and front desk was notified and I had to go to front desk on the second day to get these amenities. The only positive was the front desk supervisor, Kathy-May who was empathetic to our complaints while traveling with our special needs son, and was able to rectify these inconveniences for us.

We loved our room! The bed was very comfortable and shower was great! It was clean and comfortable!

The hotel was conveniently close to the airport - about 10 mins. Katey May checked us in and was super professional and offered several options for dining and activities. The room was clean and very well appointed. Great location, close to historic downtown Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, and also close to highways to visit Carolina Beach, Southport, and Myrtle. Finally, their check in warm cookies cannot be beat! A fantastic experience!

The best thing about this hotel is that it was very clean. They didn’t have clean towels and wash clothes. We had to wait over an hour to receive them after coming in from the beach which was a real bummer. I have never experienced this from a hotel. Also, when we checked into the hotel we were told they had breakfast service only to find out the next morning that they did not have that service available. Also, you have to pay to park in their parking LOT.

Totally worth the money. Clean, modern furniture bwith food and drink options via the onsite restaurant. Great location as it's close to everything, restaurants and the beaches. Professional staff. No complaints. I will stay here again when in the area.

All ofvthe staff was wonderful and attentive. I thoughly enjoyed my stay there. I love Doubletree Hilton in Wilmington NC. Will always recommend this hotel ❤️.

I stayed here for one night during a beach trip and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is excellent, with beautiful beaches just a short drive away. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops, and fun things to do nearby, making it a great place to stay. I also appreciated the indoor pool, which was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
