Disappointing

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and nowhere near worth the money we paid. The cleanliness of the hotel is one of the biggest issues. We saw roaches throughout the property, and unfortunately, we found one (alive) in our room on the last day of our trip. The housekeeping schedule is a joke. They claim that to save water and supplies, they only replenish linens and change the trash every 3 days. This is an unusual practice, but we accepted it... until it never happened. 6 days and our sheets were never changed once. 6 days and our towels and trash only were replenished once. I stopped by the front desk to talk about this issue upon check-out and was given some half excuse involving a conversation like, "The housekeepers will knock and if you make your presence known in the room, they won't come in. If you're not in there, they will come in." ...yeah, that's typically how housekeeping works. We were out of our room no later than 10am every day and did not return until 10-11pm every night (we seriously were trying to do everything we could to not have to spend a lot of time in our room) The housekeeping crew had plenty of time to come in and at least do the bare minimum while we were away. I contacted the manager via email, and have had no response. I have also tried to call multiple times and no response. No security fee returned, even though we took very good care of the room. Overall, don't stay here. It's disgusting.

I was moved to 3 different rooms and all of them had compromised locks. All of the security latches were broken as if the door had been previously kicked in and never repaired fully. One door's standard lock had been partially unscrewed. We left the same day we checked in and we're working with Expedia for a refund. Even if I am not refunded, it wasn't worth staying in a place where the only protection you have is compromised.

Filthy and disgusting.

The rooms were dirty and roach infested. I have contacted the office and noone has contacted me back. I didn't even stay tge night left and drove 2hours back home. Roaches infected. No help from. Management

I enjoyed my stay. I felt safe and it was a comfortable week. The front def staff was really nice ands the folks that helped clean the room were too. Would def stay again

The property was not as clean as the website stated.

Couldn't close the bathroom door. It was too warped and the door knob was 3 inches below the striker plate, so it wouldn't latch.

Hi my husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Nice well kept budget friendly property. The staff is helpful and very kind. We stayed for 2 nights and we look forward to staying again. We also enjoyed the amenities of having a pool and looked forward to getting up in the mornings for complimentary breakfast. This is why we choose Baymont Wyndham's when we travel it always seems to be the best choice, every time!!

Unfortunately I will have to say that I was not happy with our room, it was supposed to be a upgraded room that I paid for and it clearly wasn't, the room was not clean at all, the top of baseboards were filthy and the room was not good.

Horrible staff , horrible hotel . Super gross smells like bleach and wet dog . Had drug addicts roaming around and smell like pure weed . Waiting of refund from hotel but of course they dont answer back to any emails or calls . Would not recommend

The pictures online are very old compared to the actual stay. Our bathroom door had been punched or kicked in several places. Unfortunately we won’t be staying here again…..

Leaving. We stayed all of 2 hours The motel was nothing like the pictures. We got our room and there was no tv...it had been stolen. They replaced the TV but the shower did not work. The furniture was all broken and in disrepair.
