Baymont by Wyndham Wilmington

That it was in a good location It seem ghetto, people fighting right outside my door My ac unit was next to the stairs so whoever sat there to smoke it came right into my no smoking room.

Exceptional

The room was neat but smelled, the pictures did not match the actual hotel. The hotel was very outdated.

Terrible had a 2 night stay when I checked into the room had a distinct oder/smell that wasn't pleasant. The mattress needed to he replaced sunk right onto it when I sat down. Nor cleaned very well dust on light fixtures some didn't work

It was fine for our needs . I really have no complaints. I do wish the bars of soap were a little bigger.

I'm ok.

The staff up front has been very nice. Ive had to stay on and off for a month looking for an apartment.

It was worst of the worst stay there of my life.

Pleasant

Cracked sink Paint coming off tub

The issue with the room was how outdated it was. It was run down but the bed was comfortable. I wouldn’t pay as much as I did again for it though - it was not worth the 150 that I paid. It was clean though.

poor service, had to change room after first nite stay, had people standing outside smokijng dope and the smell ripes into your air condiitioner

Room was clean, but the door security was lacking as the deadlock was broken. Staff was okay, but not overly helpful. Unclear why getting a receipt after we checked out was not possible. Breakfast was bare minimum for continental style - cereal, make your own waffles, bread and bagels, but no cream cheese, and yogurt. Plenty of parking. This was an okay motel, but definitely did not meet expectations for the price.

There was a roach in the bathroom

This was a very dirty, rusted, unkept place. I know we are at the beach, but everything was rusted and overall dirty. The room smelled like cigarettes and the laundry, vending, ice machine area was extremely disgusting. After seeing how dirty the rooms were, I didn’t feel comfortable eating the continental breakfast because I can only assume how bad the kitchen would be. Unfortunate for the price I paid. Not worth half that and wouldn’t go back.

As it gets dark there is a lot of police presence in the parking lot. A lot of trash, bottles and other stuff. The pool area had broken chairs and outside the pool had been used for pets. Someone needs to clean this up. The hotel definitely needs some work. The staff are very nice and helpful. Parking was easy, The breakfast wasn’t bad. The location for traveling to the beach and airport was good. Definitely doesn’t look like the photos on the website. Would not recommend this hotel.

The didn’t notify that there was another deposit, never checked in and slept in a parking garage and they still charged me

Bad

nothing towers and bedclothes looks sand paper, bathroom door almost falling….

The staff seemed friendly Look, if your tired from a long drive it will do. For the night.
