Nice stay.

Very hard to get into the door. The handle would not turn. Bathroom light was out.

Good location. Very quiet, clean and pretty. Great room size. Descent breakfast.

Hotel is pleasant and newer, bed were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, better than most hotel stays. Fresh, plentiful and yogurt bar was great. Although we saw staff, we had no room service for our 3 day stay. No clean towels, no trash pick up, in the shower - shampoo and body wash were empty on arrival. Each time - excuses were made for the lack of service when we requested towels from the front desk staff. I also understand that equipment breaks, but one of the two elevators was not working and the automated doors in the front lobby would not open - which gets difficult with luggage.

Nice place, close to downtown and the beaches.

Our A/C was not working properly. It staid between 78-82. We told them numerous times and it took over 24 hours for someone to come look at it. All they did was change the filter which made the situation worse. We ended up just asking them to bring fans

Bathroom shower head pressure was not producing enough water

It was a very busy weekend, but they were short staffed and the front desk person was the only one there. Our AC wasn't working well in the room, and they had no one who could fix it. They didn't have another room to move us to, so they gave us a fan. The bathroom wasn't very clean, and they didn't give us any hand soap in the bathroom. The breakfast was good.

I didnt like that pets can stay there. I am scared of dogs...... it was alot of them. The dogs were in the breakfast area ...ugh

The stay was good! Close to everything! The pool is indoor Only just feel like that needs to be noted. My room did have a water leak due to the ac but they came quickly to vacuum it up I guess and put a fan on it to dry. But overall it was good a stay and break was Amazing!

We had 3 washcloths and 3 towels upon arriving which stinks when the reservation says 5 people. We made it work. The free breakfast was really good and had a good variety and they had luggage Dollie’s which was nice for luggage. Downsides — staff was ok not great but not horrible. Pool is really small, lobby was so hot when we came in. I canny check in early so come a little later or you’ll wait forever as everyone else is there too. One elevator was working and it sounded bad. Up: good for the money, close to restaurants

The floor throughout were not clean. Only one elevator was in service. That one was not working all the time. Stairs have not seen a broom or vacuum cleaner in moths or longer. Why did I have to pay for parking? Bathroom floors not clean. Mold/mildew in the shower. Shower leaked water onto bath floor. I thought this was an upgrade for IAG, but it was not.

The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front desk worker that checked us in. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious, the shower was good. That's about where the positive ends. The hotel is nice, but for the price you pay, it could have been better. I understand it's an extended stay hotel but an actual deep clean between guests would go a long way. You could tell it just had a quick clean after the last use. There were candy wrappers on the floor, crumbs on the couch and an opened box of Mac n cheese in the cupboard. There was some wear and tear in the room but nothing major. The thing that really made us decide to leave the night before check out, was walking in after a day out and seeing a full grown roach crawling across the counter. Up until then we hadn't seen one. That was bad, but the worse part of it all was coming in after cleaning staff had entered the room while we were out and my dad's watch was missing. We don't like accusing anyone but it seems funny that the one time our whole stay that they came in, his watch came up missing. We left our info in case it happens to show up, but we don't have much hope in seeing it again. The watch probably has more sentimental value than dollar since it was a retirement gift from his company. All in all, it was a decent stay but could have been so much better. We really don't like paying a high price for a place to stay on vacation only to be stolen from.

Great hotel good environment

Good location, big rooms, comfortable beds spacious parking. Besides the slow check-in, all others employees we met were friendly. Slow check-in even though we arrived at 4PM. They still had to check to see if our room was ready... One of the elevators won't open the door when it gets to the floor you have to manually press to open the door or it will skip the floor. We had a fire alarm in the morning and we evacuated no employees ever came out to tell us what was going on finally a guest had to go inside and ask after the fire truck showed up. The pool was dirty maybe it was just overused but because of how dirty it was I didn't even try the gym. Plus, we received a note that they could not service our room the 2nd night and if we needed anything ask the front desk instead.
