The air filter vents in the room had heavy matted dust buildup. Only a few of the outlets worked and the few that worked were far from the bed so that was inconvenient when trying to charge our phone. There were dishes left in the cabinets and bottles in the refrigerator. But the carpet was clean and the bed was clean

The room was filthy. So much so that I wouldn’t even stay there. No manager was available to help and the response was just we will refund you minus one night. I received 3000 Points for my trouble which is absolutely useless and not even 1/5 of a night to be used anywhere. There was food left from previous guests in the kitchen and something all over the bathroom floor that was so sticky shoes stuck to it. The pool was nasty like there was a film over the whole pool. The whole experience was awful and we had to start our trip finding additional lodging. I am sure the negative reviews are being deleted and this one won’t stay up either. There is no way this is a highly rated hotel. You can do better!!!

Great rooms! Price was excellent

Overrated and overpriced! Unfortunately, the positive reviews do not reflect an accurate picture of this hotel. We were surprised by the unmaintained and filthy room and bathroom. There were areas of the room that had collections of dust and dirt. The bathroom was the worst with rusted and moldy areas, with the door having issues closing. We asked for another room, but found the same. The hotel employee was as shocked as we were. They sadly couldn't help us. The utility closet in the bedroom was rumbling all night. The breakfast was decent.

Everything was good, goon bed, pillows, food breakfast, excellent location, the hotels just need big pool!

When I came to check in I waited about 5-7 minutes before anyone came to the counter, but other than that, the space in the room was a little cramped getting between the bed and the door to the bedroom to get to the bathroom was ridiculously inconvenient and small. The rest of the bedroom and living area were fine. Soft beds and pillows and great breakfast buffet. Some hotels do this and some don't but I dont like being charged for incidental fees when checking in and waiting for a refund after leaving especially when it takes forever to give it back but takes no time to take it from me.

Spacious and clean rooms

If it’s packed everywhere, this palace is decent, people working there doing their best, I don’t blame them.

Room was extremely musty, furniture torn up, stains everywhere. Garbage disposal was propped up by a 2x4. Booked for 4 people, our room only had 2 towels. Asked up front for more and was told they were out of towels. Fruit flies swarming breakfast. Indoor pool but not heated. Thermostat is the kind where you cannot turn on just heat or cool. If you set it to 70 degrees and it cools down to 69, instead of just turning off, the heater kicks on, repeat all night.

El staff no era muy amable siempre. Requerimientos normales que pedí eran cumplidos en parte y tarde. Las camas son muy altas para personas con problemas de movilidad. No creo que me vuelva a quedar aquí para una estadía prolongada.

It was a quiet stay and good breakfast but the bathroom was so gross it made me doubt anything was clean.

This property's check-out time is noon, which allows less rush and more time to use the amenities at the hotel.

Strange/off putting odor in lobby and hallways. Bathrooms were poorly lit, dirty with mold. Doors had holes and lots of wear/tear. Sand was found in the pull out couch. Price did not match the quality of the room/premises. Far over priced.

Our stay was okay overall, but I expected more based on the reviews and pricing. The location was convenient, and the staff was generally friendly, but some aspects of the hotel fell short of expectations.

Staybridge East is situated off a busy road just far enough away from traffic noise. It's located just a few miles from Wrightsville Beach, very convenient. There are restaurants and stores close to the hotel. This hotel has a lot going for it: well maintained, clean and comfortable rooms, bathrooms and beds, and a great breakfast every morning. We stayed in a suite that had a stove top, full size refrigerator, sink and dishwasher, also convenient for those of us who want to cook dinner like we do. We appreciate the hard working staff, the Wi-Fi and spotless rooms.

There was a few things I got charged parking typically the places I stay parking is included. And when we were leaving we stayed in a suite and obviously had lots of stuff from food our luggage and no cart was available. I was basically told they dont have any as there was one from one of the staff that brought it out and told me they had none available. We had to make several trips to the car. Other than that it was a nice place to stay the lady at the desk was very helpful and very nice

Staff was excellent and we'll definitely stay again. It was a amazingly pleasant vacation!!!
