Staff was friendly, room was clean, room was made up every day. Hot water in the shower wasn’t there when we got there, it was lukewarm. However, it was fixed.

I wasn’t too impressed with the breakfast options. They did have cereal and yogurt available, which I was able to grab for my toddler, so I appreciated having something convenient for him. The location, however, was great and was close to a wide selection of restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The front desk staff could have been much better. I did not feel welcomed when I arrived. This weekend was especially important because it was my birthday, and I was hoping for a positive experience from the start. The front desk associate, Lynn, was not friendly or welcoming and did not provide the level of customer service I expected. A warm greeting can make a big difference in a guest’s stay, and unfortunately, my first impression was disappointing. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning in the hallways was uncomfortable and affected the overall comfort of my stay.
