Enjoyable stay very clean

The room was clean and it was quiet. The lady in the front seemed like she was in a bad mood though….bad customer service from her part.

What we liked most is that our room had a sliding screen door with a private little walkway that gave easy access to pool area. I recommend getting a suite for this feature and to have extra lounge space

We left an hour after arriving we found spiders in the bed and the pool was so nasty. I could not get my refund but I choose to leave instead.

The hotel is not very clean, the room felt dirty in the bathroom and the couch inside the room. The pool was covered with hair and it would stick to the kids as they exited the water.

My stay went very very well for my family. Especially the front desk reception Andrew at the courtyard. Andrew was extremely awesome and displayed very good customer service.

Overall stay was good! Quiet area. Close to food and shopping 🛍 would definitely stay again! Only problem I had was the key card and the door was super heavy. Other than that very nice staff! Safe area

Kay the manager was so nice! Everyone was friendly! The bartender was the sweetest. I can’t remember her name but she is blonde. I enjoyed my stay! Kay and her staff made my birthday weekend awesome!!!

the bed sheets had blood stains on them. Overall the hotel was very nasty.

Staff was very helpful and I was able to check in early. Property could use some updating.

I’d say it is decent stay for the adequate price if you just need a room for a weekend at the beach and you don’t want to pay $1500 and up. AC, shower, parking, shops nearby, close driving distance to the Wrightsville beach- all boxes are checked. We will stay here again.
