The hotel is nice, good location. Rooms were clean and quiet, property was well maintained. The breakfast was absolute garbage. I would never stay at this chain again due to the breakfast. They offered no protein, no eggs, no meat, they had carbs, waffles, and bagels. Only fruit was oranges, cranberry juice was the only juice offering. I can only assume the owner is just plain cheap. I can not, in any way, shape, or form recommend this hotel. Part of my selection of hotels is breakfast, so I don't have to search for food. This place's selections for breakfast were horrible.

I really loved the area, great price for it being in the middle of everything. Perfect distance from the beach, not to close or to far. The room was clean housekeeping did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed.

The hotel is in very poor condition and highly dilapidated. It is not very clean, quite neglected, and lacks proper maintenance. The smoke detector in the room was covered with a plastic bag—possibly by a previous guest who smoked and wanted to prevent it from going off, or perhaps because it was broken. This hotel should be shut down and completely renovated.

The cleaning staff was amazing and super helpful! The hair dryer broke and I called the front desk. They said they would send a maintenance person, after waiting for 30 minutes I finally flagged down a cleaning lady and she took care of it for me and replaced the broken unit. They were very friendly. The front desk staff was not nearly as helpful.

The room was not that cleam. The rug was full of stains, and the walls had stains on them, and there was areas of corrosion on the walls in the bathroom. The shower was a little dirty with some hair strands. Some of the pillows had yellow stains on them. Everything that I wiped down in the room had a yellow residue. We were able to change to another room that had some of the same issues. But the bed was comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff member named Pebbles in the dining area was very nice with a smile, and asked if there was anything else we needed. Everything about the breakfast was really good, and the area looked really nice and clean.

The stay here was very delightful that we had to extend it to one more night. The air conditioning and the breakfast were amazing! Definitely will be staying here again on another trip to Wilmington.

Everything was so nice and the staff really helpful and very friendly

It was just basic. It had the necessities. Even if the bathroom wasn't dirty, the door and shower appeared dirty. The bathroom sink was clogged. The breakfast was mediocre.

Staff was excellent. The breakfast would have been great except ran out of yogurt, cream cheese, and syrup for the waffles. The sister hotel was also out. In addition, the pool did not look very clean or inviting, so we didn't use it. We did use the gym and it was great.
