Clean room smelled so good! The front desk staff was wonderful

Only stayed for one night, room was clean and front desk was friendly. Wish room had a microwave so I could have heated up food, but other than that decent stay.

He had a companion drive him here and it says check in at 3:00 the earliest check out 11:00 They arrived in the morning and were told their rooms were no longer available at all They were told that the money was deducted for one day for both rooms Then the lady told them maybe a room might be available at 3:00 so they drove around and came back No room Price of room was 116 plus tax She checked at a motel across from them and said she could get them in for over $200 a room I don’t know if this is a game but they collected twice Would not recommend this place to anyone

We had a two night stay. The room as not clean forgot to make the bed and leave clean washcloth .

The check in was easy, quick and friendly. The beds were nice. The bathroom was not so nice. The floor was dirty. The toilet moved when you sat on it. The first morning there was coffee and juice and the breakfast items were fresh and kept stocked by a staff working in the breakfast area. The staff at the front desk was not as friendly as day before. Then came the second morning. There was no coffee, just a note on machine. The other breakfast items were half empty or empty. No one was working in the area. Someone went to front desk to see about restocking and no one came to do that. Thankfully we only spent 2 nights there and only used the facility to sleep and breakfast (well one day breakfast and had to go out the second morning for breakfast). The price was much lower than the surrounding places so the theory of "you get what you pay for" stands true for this motel. I end with don't expect a $$$$ motel for $$. When we left, there was trash (cups, wrappers, take out containers, etc) through out the parking lot. There were some "shady looking" people hanging around the outside each time we came and left. I can understand now why some can give a 10 and some could give a 2. I believe it depends on what staff is working during your stay.

The staff at the desk were kind, and the rooms were clean. However, the floor we stayed on had such a strong marijuana smell it was completely unbearable. It made going to our parties rooms or simply entering and exiting horrible. As soon as you opened the door to the room the smell would flood and it stayed for hours. While it was absolutely people staying, the staff did not seem to do anything about it. There is no way the rest of the hotel or cleaning staff did not notice how bad it was. So overall, I would not pay what I did for this particular hotel again and probably wont return, it is not the worst. Just protect your valuables here.

I enjoyed the room and a good morning breakfast.

The room had a smoke smell and the hallways smelled as well

Listen, this isn’t a 5 star hotel, but I’d prefer to stay here more than other places in Wilmington. The staff is exceptional! The front desk staff is always friendly and efficient. Anything I’ve ever needed from them was addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. The hotel is clean and well kept for the age of the hotel. Every time I’ve stayed I’ve noticed something they’ve been updating in the rooms. When you need a quiet and friendly place to lay your head, I’d always recommend them for the value. Lots of more expensive places to stay in Wilmington and I’ve stayed at several of them. I’ve always come back to the Sleep Inn. If you are about value for your dollar, and who isn’t these days, this is my suggestion.

I was totally surprised how run down and dirty the facility appeared. I stayed across down the week before in a competitor facility and it was day and night difference. I always used Sleep in in the past so I wanted to be on Market Street for my work. I will go back across town and pay more this week when I return to New Hanover for work. I was very disappointed

Breakfast was basically useless. Everything else was decent. Good last minute budget friendly stay. Convenient location with restaurants and Wal-mart close by. Not too far from Wrightsville beach.

Pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel was awful. If not for having my kids, I probably would’ve slept in my car. My 8 year old was crying about having to stay there and wanted to leave. We didn’t arrive until very late, so it was too late to do anything. The pillows were about as small as my head. The bed was dirty, squeaky, and sunk in. My back was killing me in the morning. We stayed there because it said no pets and my son was allergic. Lucky us, someone with a “service dog” was directly next door, barking its head off. The whole place was just filthy. Smelled like must, animals, and weed!

It was exactly what I needed for a night!

Room was nice. Able to park where I could see car from Room. Pool towels were stocked. Breakfast was nice.
