Good location, very nice staff, but room had a dank (maybe cigarette) smell and bfst options limited with watery coffee and weird juices in a machine.

We were given a room. 1st thing I noticed was that it was 1st flr. When we walked in t o room immediate stench of dirty carpet and mildew. A smell more likely in tropical areas. 2nd bathroom was for wheelchair entry with nowhere for shower water to go. We were exhausted just need somewhere to lay our head as we had an early morning flight. The pillows were half the size of a normal pillow. Like the size of couch pillows the bedding itself felt damp. I thought I was imagining this. A baby started crying next door so we raised the T.V. - after awhile with laying there bedding feeling wet, the smell the pillows the baby. I decided to go to front desk different rep was there assisting a woman who after handing guest the key went up stairs. I spoke with KINAYA advised I thought there's may be a mistake as I have an accessible rm. Asked If I could have changed. REP asked what room I was in. Then proceeded to explain "Thats probably because when you booked you selected the cheaper rm. Thats the reason you get alot of people dont realize that." I did not book an accessible room I booked standard room. Tired I did not want to go back and forth asked if I could pay for an upgrade. "No mam All rooms are booked" I saw you just gave a room. "She reserved this morning" I reserved last week, did not select an accessible room. She advised I take it up with expedia as that was the rm in her system. Went back to rm tired wet /frustrated. To top it off the mini fridge had old food in it!

The hotel breakfast was rather limited---the only hot food was the waffle maker---but otherwise the trip wasn't bad. There was a strange smell immediately upon entering my room. Not sure if someone was smoking and shouldn't have been, or if there's a ventilation issue. It dissipated once you walked past the door though.

Good two night stay.

It was a fine place to stay for what we needed but the continental breakfast could have been better and more towels would be nice. We also had very small pillow the first night and had to complain. We did get more the next night.

My only complaint was the lack of warm protein breakfast after staying with other hotels that offered warm sausage gravy over biscuits or scrambled eggs/sausage kept warm in trays.

Meh. I knew it was going to be a cheaper experience but there was an earwig in our room, we were there for 4 nights and they never made our bed or changed our sheets, pool is TINY, front desk lady who checked us in seemed to be “checked out” and didn’t want to be there, staff only talked to you when you spoke first. Everything needs updating; our fridge was soooo rusty, chair was run down and missing fabric, faucet in bathroom and tub both leaked, piece of medal bed frame was sticking out over the wooden frame and my husband smashed his foot on it. It definitely needs some TLC. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz, but a few of these things were avoidable.

Air Conditioning did not keep the room cool enough. The whole building was very dirty and run down. Location was good.

Sleep Inn by University provided a clean and friendly environment. Breakfast is included and free parking was definitely appreciated.

Standard stay, just what you need. Nothing fancy. Good location, close to all.

I went for a softball tournament and I will be booking here again.

The only thing we liked about our stay was the front desk staff!! The building inside needed a thorough scrubbing steam cleaning & mold removal!!!! We purchased cleaning supplies & cleaned our room the walls were gross with something splattered & drops of who knows what…the shower stall floor was black as well as walking on the carpet in socks turned the socks black & then there was the musty moldy smell & the sheer curtain was covered in black mold!!!! The only thing that was clean & didn’t make our skin crawl was the bedding was clean smelled of bleach..yay… but there were stains on outer coverlet!! If we weren’t in town for wedding we would have left & “ate” the $$$$
