Honestly the staff was amazing. But unfortunately the building needs so much attention. Between the stained hallway carpets, smell and cleanliness. Our room looked like a frat house. Sink didn’t drain, food smeared on the walls. Mold on the bathroom ceiling and bath walls water damaged. I am not by any means a picky person when it comes to hotels. I hate to give a bad review but please save your money and book elsewhere

We liked that we had a kitchen, living room and how close it was to the beach. Price wasn't bad. Hotel states pool, but they do not have one. It's across the parting lot at another hotel. Breakfast was lacking. We ended up at IHOP. Our room had an odd smell and could've been cleaner. Hair in our bathroom and shower.

The staff is always so friendly & willing to help with anything you need. The rooms are always clean & fully stocked with the essentials. I would like a better breakfast selection but other than that nothing

Good price for the location, staff was kind and helpful. Standard room, clean. Door was malfunctioning, too many ppl crowding the lobby, some waiting for the elevator.

Not the cleanest and could use an update. The outside courtyard was nice.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Bathroom had black hairs left behind in bathtub and shower area. Pull out couch bed did not come with extra bedding.

The staff was super helpful. The hotel was fairly clean and nice to stay at.

Clean I didn't like that the pool was across the street and your app says that you have an indoor pool and an outdoor pool and you don't like what hold on

Very good

But too many -ves for us : the AC system was so loud that we woke up every time it cycled. Old windows - we could hear everything in the parking lot. voices, traffic. I am pretty sure I woke up every hour. carpets were not clean throughout the property / rooms.. I hope they will replace them or change to vinyl or something low maintenance .

Facility was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Nutella packets were a hit with my girls! We got a room with a kitchen. There were some cooking utensils, but I wouldn’t plan to do more than heat up food. There were only a few plates and pieces of silverware. You can ask for extra items like instant pot, blender, air fryer etc. Housekeepers were very cheerful and accommodating. Pool is shared with hotel next door.

It was perfect for last minute trip to Wilmington.

It was a great place to stay. Everyone was super friendly. The breakfast was good. Our room was pretty big and we didn’t feel on top of each other.

I appreciated the extra living space in the room but the couch was stained and I’m not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms. But the rest of the room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Typical hotel breakfast items. Pool and ice maker are at the hotel next door. Staff was friendly and helpful.
