The staff was super helpful. The hotel was fairly clean and nice to stay at.

But too many -ves for us : the AC system was so loud that we woke up every time it cycled. Old windows - we could hear everything in the parking lot. voices, traffic. I am pretty sure I woke up every hour. carpets were not clean throughout the property / rooms.. I hope they will replace them or change to vinyl or something low maintenance .

Facility was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Nutella packets were a hit with my girls! We got a room with a kitchen. There were some cooking utensils, but I wouldn’t plan to do more than heat up food. There were only a few plates and pieces of silverware. You can ask for extra items like instant pot, blender, air fryer etc. Housekeepers were very cheerful and accommodating. Pool is shared with hotel next door.

It was perfect for last minute trip to Wilmington.

It was a great place to stay. Everyone was super friendly. The breakfast was good. Our room was pretty big and we didn’t feel on top of each other.

I appreciated the extra living space in the room but the couch was stained and I’m not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms. But the rest of the room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Typical hotel breakfast items. Pool and ice maker are at the hotel next door. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was so dirty and smelled so bad that we had to go out to buy cleaning products and wall and room perfumes to be able to appease the smell that was inside. The bathroom was full of hair and the toilet bowl did not come out enough water and the receptionist's advice was that we remove the lid and pull the water chain inside. The breakfast is terrible and they shouldn't even say they offer one, among other things. I would not return to this place and for nothing in the world I would recommend it to someone. A star is too much for what the place is

The room was clean and had everything we needed. I was even able to purchase UNO from the front desk so inside the hotel wasn’t just watching TV. I would recommend

Everything was fine; the maid was friendly and provided toilet paper and towels. I would definitely return and recommend it.

The hotel as a whole was pretty clean from the entrance to the dining area, our room was clean upon entry but you can tell someone smoked in the room and had animals before. The smell hits you as soon as you open the door as a (non smoker or pet person) it’s strong. The room itself was a nice size with the kitchenette area. Besides the smell of the room the non carpeted area in kitchen and bathroom was greasy not sure why. Also the breakfast is nothing to wake up for, they had cereal, waffles and bagels… oh and the pool is a shared pool and it’s located across the street at the sleep in. All in all it it was till a good stay.

Affordable! Staff were amazingly helpful. Breakfast was tasty. 15 minutes from the beach. Saved money by using the room’s kitchenette to feed our brood of children. A win all around.

Room was okay, we’ve had much better for the same price. Room smelled like mildew and was hot. Not really updated as expected. Bathroom was decent, everything else was just okay. Floor was kind of gross and there was hair everywhere. Pullout bed was old, gross and stained, could use a mattress cover at the very least

The staff was super friendly, however, this property manager is not taking the time (and money) to update and properly clean this place. Horrible stains on carpets and sofas, pullout mattress was unsleepable. Only stayed here in a pinch, never will again.

Great studios for the family, clean and well maintained. The staff is very cordial and helpful. Breakfast it's ok, but if you like a big breakfast there is IHOP and cracker barrel restaurants near by.

Our bathroom also had a leak. I chose not to report it because I didn't want the hassle of being moved to another room during our stay. The cleanliness of the property was another disappointment. The elevator floor was dirty every day, the hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned well, and our room's floor also felt dirty. The odors in the lobby and hallways were unpleasant throughout our stay. Ironically, next door, the Sleep Inn smelled fresh and inviting as soon as you walked inside. I understand this is an extended-stay hotel, and guests are there much longer than at a traditional hotel. That naturally leads to more wear and tear, and management can't control how every guest treats the property. However, replacing permanently stained towels and washcloths, improving cleanliness, and addressing the odors would make a huge difference in the guest experience.

Clean room, clean kitchen, comfortable bed. Quiet location.
