Everything No ice machine

Exceptional

Beds were comfy Shower head was literally held on with zip ties, holes in shower wall (I think there used to be a seat at one time?). No hot breakfast except waffles. Options are cereal, toast/bagels, yogurt. Microwave burritos, coffee, oj, and apple juice. Stains on sofa.

Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Thought some things could have been updated

The room was clean and a great bed. The breakfast while we were there was just cereal and making your own waffles. My biggest issue as being a woman, I did not feel comfortable taking my dogs out by myself. My husband did it at night. There seemed to be people hanging out at their vehicles drinking and being loud. I didn't feel safe being out there during the day and even more so at night. It's sad because the room was great

The building was pretty run down and smelled bad. Two of the lights in our room didn’t work. The staff was really nice though. Breakfast was limited.

Room was clean. The kitchen items were limited but able to cook with what was available. You could ask for more pots/pans if needed. Quiet location. Easy access to shops, beach & restaurants.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I truly questioned when the last time the property was cleaned. The floors in the hallways were filthy. The tiles around the elevator had dried splatter marks all over the floor. There were drip lines on the walls in our actual room. But my biggest issue was the fact that i had a german roach crawl across me while i was in bed with my infant.

. The ac was very loud in room 319. I spent all day Saturday trying to get a solution to it. I had another family member staying in room 323 so check out was not an option. Staff and property manager practically kicked me to the curve. I had to get multiple room cards because the door card reader would not in room 323.

For more confortable you need private pool and better breakfast Breakfast

The furniture was absolutely filthy. Checked 2 rooms and same problem.

I have spoken to a representative Friday and already explained the situation and he proceeded with taking care of the problem. I wanted to upload more pictures but the link given wouldn't work. I called 3 times today to get a new email upload link and was hung up on 3 times. I am attempting to add the pictures here. Today was very disappointing that your representatives were so poor. The furniture was absolutely filthy. Checked 2 rooms and same problem.
