Affordable! Staff were amazingly helpful. Breakfast was tasty. 15 minutes from the beach. Saved money by using the room’s kitchenette to feed our brood of children. A win all around.

Room was okay, we’ve had much better for the same price. Room smelled like mildew and was hot. Not really updated as expected. Bathroom was decent, everything else was just okay. Floor was kind of gross and there was hair everywhere. Pullout bed was old, gross and stained, could use a mattress cover at the very least

The staff was super friendly, however, this property manager is not taking the time (and money) to update and properly clean this place. Horrible stains on carpets and sofas, pullout mattress was unsleepable. Only stayed here in a pinch, never will again.

Great studios for the family, clean and well maintained. The staff is very cordial and helpful. Breakfast it's ok, but if you like a big breakfast there is IHOP and cracker barrel restaurants near by.

Our bathroom also had a leak. I chose not to report it because I didn't want the hassle of being moved to another room during our stay. The cleanliness of the property was another disappointment. The elevator floor was dirty every day, the hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned well, and our room's floor also felt dirty. The odors in the lobby and hallways were unpleasant throughout our stay. Ironically, next door, the Sleep Inn smelled fresh and inviting as soon as you walked inside. I understand this is an extended-stay hotel, and guests are there much longer than at a traditional hotel. That naturally leads to more wear and tear, and management can't control how every guest treats the property. However, replacing permanently stained towels and washcloths, improving cleanliness, and addressing the odors would make a huge difference in the guest experience.

I booked a stay and they canceled my booking (which is okay) BUT they kept it to themselves 😑😑. Did not even inform ME or EXPEDIA( confirmed by 4 expedia agents). I was stranded at 12am in the night trying to figure out where I should go. ZERO HELP FROM THESE GUYS. I had to stay in a dirty motel because there was no other stay available at middle of the night. BE CAREFUL IF YOU BOOK! MAKE SURE THEY DONT CANCEL AND KEEP IT A SECRET

Okay stay but there wasn’t any bedding for the pullout,not enough towels and the deadbolt did not work. Front desk staff was helpful in covering our needs.

The best thing about the hotel was the location.

This property is very old and it is apparent. The room given for my reservation was a shock to my system- I opened the door to scratched up arms on the sofa, outdated, threadbare, and roughly-handled decor, stains on the bed skirts, and an obviously absent tub in service of an 'accessible' shower. The carpet throughout the property is horribly dirty. Even the plant as you come in is dying! The staffer who originally checked me in left, and Kaitlyn come on shift. She was very accommodating to my displeasure, and offered a different room on a floor that had been updated. This room looked like the first one, minus the clawed-up fabric on the sofa. She swiftly began processing my refund, for which I was very grateful to have done without conflict. Thanks, anyway! clbrown
