Comfortable stay just for a night, I didn’t like the air conditioner it was old and the temperature control was barely working. Other than that it was pretty good.

My daughter and I were in Wilmington for an event at UNCW. I chose this hotel for its convenient location (minutes from the school). Breakfast was great, room and hotel very clean. Koketha, the manager was wonderful! Very accommodating and sweet.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and remodeled. Bathrooms nice and modern. Could use better water pressure. Breakfast had great options of hot or cold. Pool was dirty but warm. Definitely needed cleaned. Area felt safe. Overall great hotel and would recommend it. Breakfast staff was TOP NOTCH. one lady in particular, sorry I didnt get her name, went above and beyond to help me amd my son get what we wanted. Even made us more waffle batter when the machine was out. She was amazing!

CON: We stayed there mid July when it was hot and humid. The room we stayed at could not keep a cool temp. We set the thermostat at 68°F and it can only stay at 75°F. My husband told the front desk about it and was asked to wait for an hour or so. We ended up sleeping in a not so cold room. They could have offered for us to switch rooms. We booked for 4 people and only set 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. Apparently, you have to ask for additional towels at check-in. One staff said they had been having theft on towels and wash cloths. They need to update their process on this instead of expecting their customers to adjust to them.

Basic hotel. Room was kind of tiny. For the price we paid and raving reviews, we expected it to be more like a resort. Was still go though and clean

We had a very comfortable stay here. Only two minor issues--the shower water pressure was extremely low, leading to longer showers, and on our first day no clean towels were available when our room was cleaned. Thankfully we had beach towels we could use.

Great place to stay. Everyone was very welcoming. Convenient location central to the beaches.

Staff was courteous. Room was clean, easy parking, breakfast good but need to repair juice machine, poolside area was nice. Would definitely here again.
